Hi All. Please be welcoming and let my wife know how well she did on her very first podcast interview. I thought she did great! If you want to see more of her on the show (even potentially to co-host) please let her know by sounding off in the comments!

Any woman willing to have more than one or two pregnancies is amazing. Think in terms of "oh, this will risk my life, squish my guts around and make me uncomfortable for most of a year, finish up with vulnerability and delivery pain, and then I'll be concerned with tiny-human care afterwards until they are big and start doing most of their own self-care. And I'll worry about them for the rest of my life. Yes, lets do that again!". I would've had 4 or 5 had all my pregnancies been successful.

As a meat based person and as a midwife, thank you for sharing your experiences, Imogen :-) I’m in the US and battling my own training and traditional recommendations for pregnancy nutrition. So good to hear about your healthy pregnancy and seeing that sweet little boy who obviously looks very juicy at eight weeks.🌺 Carnivore for the win!💪🏼💪🏼

Hello Dt. Imogen. 👋🏼 So good to see you breastfeeding your baby! I breastfed my daughter for 2 years! I would've gone longer but she was eating other meals as well. I wish I knew about keto and carnivore back when she was a baby.
She's a grown adult now. She actually started keto because of PCOS so I just joined her for support. I had no reason to start keto. But now I'm carnivore! She's just low carb but she's not even worried if she has a slice of bread with her breakfast. 😢😔

From everything I've heard, delivery with a slightly larger baby is easier than with an undersized one, because the baby has more heft to push against.
