hahahaha thanks!! I do atleast 2 or 3 videos a day for 6 days and I do basic yoga on my off day. Cut out all sugary drinks and basically started eat less than I usually do. I dont eat after 730pm and I make sure to drink 2L of water. Also started going to sleep earlier so I get atleast 7 hours. I'm in the middle of my gap year so I have a lot more time to do all of this and get really active.
It really works. I tried it once 3months before but too hard to follow so stopped this video (instead I followed other videos) then I started again and lost 5 pounds in only 2 weeks. You made me more beautiful. I love you so much

Hi Keaira, I am about to start your workouts tomorrow morning, to finish off my sculpting & stamina building. By the end of Spring, I will be a knock out again like I was 20 years ago.... I've been working out, changed my diet, plus for 3 years now. However, I did stop & start again several times. I've lost a little over 70 pounds with about 10 more to go...the belly and inner thigh tough spots. This is why I will achieve my goal with the help of your Dance Ab workout because I believe I can do the moves and build up the stamina with what you are teaching. Thank you!!

Looked easy at first. I underestimated it. It was intense. I couldn't finish the last 5 mins. Thought I was gonna pass out. I haven't worked out in over a year so this is what I get lol. It's a very fun workout.
To be honest, I did not think I was going to sweat that much...but I did. You actually end up squatting and moving most of the time so the pain creeps up on you. Great workout! I've done other crazy 500 calorie HIIT cardio workouts, and I felt like this was kind of comparable. LOVE THIS.

I still love this! My fav move is the snake combo. The hardest one for me was the frog... so I alternated doing the frog and sumo squat pulses to keep the intensity. I still felt it! I did this twice and I'm so happy! Thanks for doing this Keaira and Brina K! You girls are the best. I've done Brina's arm workout before and loved it! I really need to challenge my body.. and melt off this extra weight! I'm going to try to do this everyday for the next seven days and will be back to tell if I kept my promise! ;)
Ended up doing this four times this week! Not as much as I'd planned, but my right heel has been hurting the last couple weeks. Idk why. I think that i might not have enough support in my high heel boots ;( it's worrying

What a great workout out. Couldn't sleep so I decided to workout out with you. AM I glad I did. The hardest move for me was the side kicks with the pop in between. That was also my favorite because I can feel my legs burning during that move. Thank you so much for putting these videos up for free.

New subbie. This is the best workout video I've seen. Easy to do while working (inbound calls). Although I cant follow step for step, hard to do with a headset and cant take calls out of breath, this has helped to push me out of my slump. The numbers on my scale are decreasing again! Thank you!!

I was determined, the first three or four times I was looking at my laptop screen Oh!! no, Keaira and Brina aren't cutting the fool. I did accomplish getting down to the floor (slowly of course). Got this one in today Keira! This was so much fun , but also challenging @ the same time. My favorite move was the snake roll with body roll. I liked that one! Least favorite which was just not my favorite @ all was the frog jump into burpee thing I just couldn't do it, I had to use a chair for that one. Very challenging. The hardest move for me was the side kicks with the pop in between. That was also my favorite because I can feel my legs burning during that move.

I'm just starting my fitness journey to be healthier. Doing this workout showed me just how out of shape I am, I was only able to do it for two rounds I don't have that kind of stamina yet but I feel amazing. Thanks for the dance workout Keaira!!!

New subbie. This is the best workout video I've seen. Easy to do while working (inbound calls). Although I cant follow step for step, hard to do with a headset and cant take calls out of breath, this has helped to push me out of my slump. The numbers on my scale are decreasing again! Thank you!!

I've done almost all your workouts but I always come back to this one. I love it! Oh, my, my, my!!!! Keaira Lashae. The hardest for me was the frog and then going to the floor. I was determined, the first three or four times I was looking at my laptop screen Oh!! no, Keaira and Brina aren't cutting the fool. I did accomplish getting down to the floor (slowly of course). I have to work harder at it. I truly loved the chicken legs. That's one of my go to dances to get it crump!!!

Got this one in today Keira! This was so much fun , but also challenging @ the same time. My favorite move was the snake roll with body roll. I liked that one! Least favorite which was just not my favorite @ all was the frog jump into burpee thing I just couldn't do it, I had to use a chair for that one. Very challenging. Great workout over all love your energy! Thank you Keira!
