      Believe it or not, try an abs workout from Zeus Fitness here on RUclips . Helped strengthen my core and lower back and fixed a lot of pain I was having.

    Thank you! I got stung like a bee and have to spend the day seated or with my foot elevated as it's swollen, itchy, and sore. This is a perfect way to do some Chi Gong while seated, and it helps hugely for stress. Wonderful video!
