@@lindathelander406 Don't compare yourself to someone who is advanced. You are a beginner. Just do beginner level until you reach intermediate level then advanced level. It takes time.

Is it important to wear shoes? I like rebounding barefoot because it really engages the foot muscles. Is it better to wear trainers? I see instructors doing both. Thanks for these videos.
No barefoot is awesome because as you said it strengthens the feet. I just wear shoes because I don’t want to do barefoot on camera 😋 Some people need more support too but if you don’t need it I say go barefoot 💪
