Just demolished my legs this morning. Currently on the John pre shower and I get to potentially learn things for my upper day Monday. Let’s go

Ah yes. I well remember McCartney screaming at the end of Helter Skelter “I’ve got tension in my titties!”...

Do you have a plan to start gaining shoulder and hip mobility as you unlock more range since you’re cutting? Or is it just going to be there as you go?

I’m keeping my prep work about the same -
I don’t necessarily need any more ROM for my powerlifting goals, but if more happens, imma be okay with it

in your pec recovery, did you have a lot of biceps tendon inflammation / compensation? I had my reattached in Dec and still have a decent amount of bicep tendon compensation on incline and bench

Biceps were never a problem, but I also started working on them very early post op.

hey Seth do you think raw powerlifters should work on pause reps for bench? and why do you not?

In general, yes powerlifters should pause.
I’ve got zero plans of competing any time soon, know how to pause well, and in the context of my current training/goals, not pausing just feels better.
