Once ~4-5 years ago I marinated chicken, because of some emergency I had to rush to my mothers house, I forgot the chicken & saw it after 4 days… 😅it was the best f chicken my family had till date… it was wild 😝
You should try 1 tsp cumin 4 minced garlic cloves 1 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp chili powder 2 tbsp olive oil 17oz can chipotle (only use 4 peppers and all sauce) 3/4 cup water Blend and marinade overnight Blending it really helps get the flavor more in the chicken. This recipe has the exact same taste as chipotle chicken. I double the ingredients for 12 pieces of chicken thighs

Pico de gallo. It's a salsa made with diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime, and jalapeño. It's definitely time consuming with all the different components but worth it to me

Commenting to say dont use an entire even SMALL CAN of chipotle in adobo or you're making a very spicy dish compared to Chipotle! Lesson learned
