I remember when I first fought AT Nergi. Never had I enjoyed losing a fight in the first couple of minutes if to only listen to the opening of this theme. And when you get to *Stars At Our Backs* oh god, could make a grown man cry. The final love letter of World, Nergi reminding us that he's been there with us all the way since Beta to Iceborne's reveal.
Imagine if we get a special assignment in wilds to hunt a mysterious monster that is leaving spikes everywhere and once you confront it it’s nergigante and this theme plays and mid fight arkveld comes in and the two flagships duke it out
Thank you for this upload. When fighting him I never noticed that short part from "Stars at our Backs" in there. They really went all out with this soundtrack and just like the game itself the music has so many hidden details in it that you still find over sixs years after release.
Man that "breakdown" then going into the Mount theme is great. Beautifully done. I have a soft spot for Nerg in my heart as my first flagship. I spent most of a weekend slamming my head against him with barely managing a kill. He is such an early skill check. He is a brute basicly, super simple, so once you get the base mechanics down you fold him in half. But it gave me frist dark souls clear energy. I kind of get that same vibe from the ost too. Its a "classic MH track". In pretty much every aspect. A simple dish amazingly made. Maybe with a dash of jrpg end boss thrown in xd. That descending figure with the pedal tone always gives me old Final Fantasy boss theme vibes.
I thought AT Nergi and Extreme Behemoth would be my hardest challenges, little did I know of the horrors that awaited me in Icebone's endgame 💀
Extreme Behemoth: “what, are you?”
Safi’jiva: “I am you, but better”
The Grinding Lands:
You forgot ancient lesion in base world
Is ice borne good since I’m trying to kill Behemoth but can’t and getting ice borne and unlocking new better gear might help

I wish primal malzeno got a theme update like this. That would have been cool.

Nergi and Safi are probably my favourite monsters. I love their osts and they're super fun to fight ^^

Always love your music edits Dravonista. Keep up the good work! ❤
Arch tempered spiki boi
Juiced Hedgehog
Nergigante:the arch tempered calamity
I came up with that title on my own
Man I requested wish this was Nergigante normal theme cause it’s so good compare tothe original but it’ll probably be stuck in World forever
