You're just so awesome. You have the looks and personality for television. You could do your own cooking show. There is a light that shines through you to all your viewers, which do not see in many people. Stay blessed.👍
I have just started watching your channel and the recipes are really easy to follow. A lot of my family are in the UK and I always miss their Pakistani cooking! I live in China now and it's impossible to find something as delicious as their food here. I'm teaching myself from videos online and some FaceTime help from Mom and Dad. Keep it up and thank you for all that you do! I wish you luck on growing the channel!
Thank you so much for your kind words! It's always hard to find the warmth and comfort of home cooked food when your living away. I'm really pleased to hear that my content is easy to follow. With practice and perseverance, you'll end up cooking up a storm.... just have faith! 😊👍
Ive just found your channel......what a pretty and positive lady.......I look forward to learning your recipes ........thank you.....love from Scotland

I'm so sorry to hear this Vikram, I hope things move forward positively for you! If you find comfort through my videos then I can only thank you for watching them... stay blessed 🙏😊
Watched a video where you bravely introduced your beautiful daughter. One never knowswhat struggles a person can be going through and pushing through daily. May Allah SWT give you strength, health and preserve your Iman.
Hi Asif, thanks for your comment 😊 When I say I'm about to start the Bhunn/Bhunning process, it means to further cook the meat/vegetables in the masala and spices to bring out more flavour. It's a crucial part of the cookimg process which really elevates the dish to the next level. Hope that helps 😊
I recently discovered your channel. I like what you cook and your videos are great! You're a very likeable person. I tried two of your rather simple recipes with quite some success. I cooked keema matar (+ some potatoes) and the base sauce. I will try the others too. Keep posting and I will definitely buy the book too.
Love your programme and how you present yourself. I noticed that some of your recipes are for only 500grms of meat and I want to double up. Do I double all the recipe but perhaps not the spices and does that go for all curry recipes? Also could you advise me on what pan to buy? I believe curries are cooked in a Karahi, is that stainless steel, copper, cast iron etc? Which is the best? Thank you Linda.
Hi Linda, thank you for your comment. Yes, if you're wanting to double up then ve sure to do that not just for the meat but for all the ingredients including the spices. Regarding the karahi, look for one that is heavy based as that's what cooks curries better in my humble opinion. Lots of the Asian supermarkets wil have them, or even a heavy Cast Iron Casserole. Happy cooking 😘
I so enjoyed listening to your q&a Shamza and look forward to you doing another. I wasn't sure what to ask but I now have plenty of questions for the next one. Lol, we definitely have a LOT in common especially the hate of cleaning bathrooms, luckily I have someone who comes round to do it (my one frivolous spend 😬) but I love cleaning the rest of the house! We went to Mumtaz restaurant in Bradford the other week & Mmmmmm it was divine. Now covid restrictions have been eased we go out to an eatery every Saturday to a different city/town for family time, my son is on the look out for the perfect restaurant Lamb Biryani, he has one every single time!! 😂 I can't wait for your future cook book ❤️ I love to watch and then try your recipes, I haven't had one the whole family haven't enjoyed, you have totally elevated my confidence in using/choosing/blending & combining spices, it is like an art I never thought I'd get the hang of!! ❤️ Thank you for all you do for your RUclips family & beyond, we all love you! 🥰
Thank you and I look forward to your Qs for my next Q&A! Oh aren't you lucky you get someone to clean your bathrooms for you! Although I probably wouldn't trust anyone to do it like I clean them! My OCD kicks in... lol Mumtaz is lovely, not been in years! Glad you're enjoying family time by eating out, it's probably one of the ways we connect with each other via food! Aww thank you so much for your kind words! Nothing makes me more happy when I hear that my videos are helping you guys. 😊🙌 thanks for your continued support 💜
This is very late as I have only just begun watching your videos when I was looking for a lamb and chickpea keema recipe. Which was successful for me. My late question is, How to I get rid of turmeric stains on my kitchen worktop?
Denise, 1 part of bicarbonate soda to 2 parts of vinegar. Leave on the stain for 15mins then take half a used lemon and scrub. That normally works for me.
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes thank you very much. I am getting new counter tops soon and they will be lighter than the ones I have now. My son puts turmeric in his morning coffee for the health benefits so I often get stains which eventually disappear due to regular cleaning but I will use your method for a faster result. Thank you for giving your time to answer the question.
Hi Shamza, I'm not one to really watch videos like this but I thought I'd give yours a try (as I watch a lot of your cooking videos), and honestly you're such a breath of fresh air! It's nice to know a little more about you and your life and to see you're a very grounded person, committed mother and such a hardworker to do all the videos you do! You also genuinely seem like a lovely person. I'm very glad I found your channel because I've learnt so much from you, so thank you! (would totally buy your cookbook if you did one!)

Haha, maybe I've not explained myself well. What I meant is that the Asian butcher's have pre made mince ready to go, because my mother dear wanted my father to bring home bones also, what I was trying to say was, she'd tell him to get a whole leg of lamb and get them to take the meat off and mince it! I get what you mean though 😆🤷🏻♀️🙈
