I really liked the towel exercise in this video. I definitely felt the stretch (and need for strengthening) in my back with the rib cage breathing exercises. Thanks for all the great videos!
I was desperate for someone to relieve my upper back and neck pain from FHP. I have EDS. This really helped! I find it hard to actually stretch my chest due to my shoulder hyper mobility. The chest stretch on the foam roller really got it! Thank you!
I did this today after the class for lower back pain and it was really effective for my whole spine! Full disclosure: I simply lifted (and carried!) my new granddaughter (over 7 kgs) in her carry cot (heavier than I thought) too quickly on Christmas Day, resulting in bad lumbar trauma. Your videos are literal medicine for my body. I had low back pain last month and your low back exercises have been helping so much. I woke up with intense neck pain this morning and I can feel the strengthening in my body that is needed to get my neck back into alignment. Thank you.

Thank you. I have question: What is the placement of the roller if you use one? I am hyper mobile, but I was not able to set my tailbones on the floor if the roller was placed at my lower back. I had to place the roller at the level of my ribcage which was rather uncomfortable.
So very good! If we are using the foam roller, are we to keep our sit bones on the floor and only place the thoracic spine on the roller? It seemed to be too severe a stretch a nd uncomfortable with the hard roller digging into my back ribs. (I’m pretty bony.)
