2nded - saving my bacon right now after months of trying and failing with other programmes
I’ve been moving Hammonds/leslies around…I feel like I should start powerlifting haha
I have a pretty hunched back due to years of sitting in front of the computer. I also have major self esteem issues so the moment I saw myself in a video and realized how hunched my back really is, I started obsessing about it and feel more insecure. All videos I found before were concentrating on how to FIX the posture because of how ugly it is, and how it's giving you a double chin which is also very unattractive. While I recognize the damage this posture can do, it was not helpful at all to keep hearing about how unattractive the posture is. It made me not even want to do the workouts in those videos.
Until I found this video. All in all, I want to say a huge thank you for making improvement enjoyable and not focusing on the negative sides. You explained the benefits of a better posture in a non-invasive or derogatory way. You made me feel like change IS possible . Thank you.
I totally understand what you mean. Adriene speaks with such kindness in this video and doesn't make us feel like there is a reason to be ashamed of our bodies or our posture. Like she said, it's basically just something our body learned with practice. Nothing to be ashamed of.
can you please keep us updated with how much (or little) this yoga routine has helped your back? I’m going through a very similar problem where my back is completely hunched because of sitting in front of my textbooks for too long.
@@Jane-gz3nn Not OP obviously, but I have serious issues with neck/shoulder pain from working at a computer for years, and this video has helped me tremendously. I do it a few times a week. Sometimes its just my routine, and sometimes it is in response to pain. My posture has improved a lot, and I experience less pain!
You might want to think about changing how you study, too. Adriene's advice about not working in a bad position, and cutting off your spinal energy, helped me a lot too. I bought a couple monitors, and started focusing on typing without looking, so I don't bend my neck so much during the day. You might want to invest in one of those stands you can put textbooks on, so you can read with good posture : )
Check out “Essentrics” Classic Stretch. It’s been the only exercise that has helped with my posture. I’m 45, do it 20 min a day and within a week i started walking tall. It’s so easy. If I stop, I start slouching within 2 days.
@@lifeinseason Thanks! I'm going to check this out : )
You are truly the bob Ross of yoga. Thank you for this life changing practice.
that's such a good comparison, yes!!
There are a few factors in neck leaning forward. One resource I discovered that succeeds in merging these is the Neck Mender Blueprint (google it if you're interested) definately the most useful resource that I have ever heard of. Check out the extraordinary info.
this is so accurate
Lexi Csargo , well spoken Lexi!! Lol
Spot on!!! She rocks 👩🎤🚀🤘
I've been doing this almost every day , it is hands down the most effective way to release a very sore neck! and my shoulder mobility has improved drastically
Has it really fixed your neck?
I agree - this is simply the best.
@@theoalbert871it’s fixed mine so much
@@theoalbert871it’s fixed mine I’ve been doing it about 3X a week I’m on week 3 and my neck mobility has changed drastically and I’m able to release years worth of built up tension … it’s life changing I would recommend trying it for a couple weeks :)
Same here!
I just wanted to thank you for providing these videos free for us. I am in a tight spot right now - physically, but also financially and I can't afford classes or many supportive therapy appointments. Your videos are saving my butt right now! I love your attitude and calmness. You are really helping me to relax. Thanks again. ❤️
Thank you for saying this. I'm also in a financially tight spot, and it makes me feel not alone when I hear you say the same thing!
@@abeckhusensame here god bless RUclips for its free yoga classes ❤
Amen! And thanks to Benji too! Even when he’s just a little icon. My cat watches and sleeps from her perch on the coach.
@@DanaScherer-se3nl Ha! I have to give my cat his own "mat" (a pillow on the floor near me) or else he gets on my mat!
“A little every day”. My mantra. Also “consistency trumps intensity every time”. This felt really good today.
@Brianna Fleet same
Very powerful mantras 🙏
pameeds1 yes- this felt wonderful today
I felt emotional for the first half of this class! Have been struggling with a pinched nerve in my neck for 1.5 months. It happened after I stopped doing regular yoga practice. We don't always realise how important stretching and strengthening exercises are until we get injured! I will see it as a blessing and more of an incentive to get back into daily yoga practice, when I can. A little can go a long way.
SALUTE 🌅 | September 6, 2024 | The perfect remedy after a long day working on my laptop! I wish we saw this self care practice more often because it's such a great reminder to pay attention to the energetic flow of my spine throughout the day! 🙏
Align 2023 - Day 19 ✅ This felt like magic! I’ve had a stiff neck & tight shoulders all day and now it’s just melted away! Will be keeping this one! ❤😊
I agree this one was so so effective everyone should try this one
Wasn’t it amazing!!! ❤🙏🏽
I do it twice a week
Same and same!
This routine is effective for sore neck. Please add more sequences for text neck, teeth grinding, TMJ, throat chakra, neck and shoulders. I have drawn so much from this sequence and throat chakra and the 10 min. neck routines. I appreciate you and you are keeping me healthy!
Thank you.
This could also be called "Yoga for Students during exams.." Such a good practise, the tight energy I woke up with has gone
Or, "Yoga for Online School" now haha
I thought the same :D i felt some pain in my neck because of studying the whole day, so I was looking for some neck yoga. I immediately feel better right after doing it! I love it!
Yes
@@TheBeautyprincess95 same happened with me!
When you said “try to do a little something each day” it made me smile wide. This is exactly what I’m trying to do every day. I’m in deep depression episode and I find it hard sometimes but people like you encourage me to fight for myself. Thank you for being ❤️
Hope you're doing o.k. I thought it was very brave to be so honest in your comment.
@@lyndamessom2072 I’m pretty fine thank you:)
Yes this ❤
September 2024 Salute...our necks and optimal energy flow😇
This was a nice gentle practice that I know will go a long way for my spine. I've never felt so many pops in cracks in my spine or neck. It felt amazing. But the most amazing part is when you stand up taller, you feel like you can take up space in this world. And I've been feeling that strongly lately so like Adriene said, I know my energies are aligned. And consistency on the mat has done this for me. Lots of love, Adriene!
Those are toxins (lymph nodes).
You’ve got this ❤
Exactly what was needed. I had developed a lot of tightness in the neck. Surprisingly, I had never come across this YWA video before. So glad it was on the calendar for November.
Nourish day 12. 404 days in a row.
404, stress not found! 😸
@@CaugheyMachine 😊
So I had my husband do this one with me today. He always watches and looks out for Benji.
Anytime he started to have difficulty with a position he yelled "where's Benji?! Adriene isn't being nice!" Obviously he was speaking out of frustration and the lack of Benji.
Thank you for everything. This one is very helpful.
The yoga routine starts at 4:00, for those re-watching who want to skip the intro :)
Thanks Adrienne for the wonderful healing yoga!
I disagree..... 53 - 60 seconds in she states what to do to get started. Then gives you time to get there AAAANNNNDDDD then at 3:57-4:01 she reminds you of first direction and allows to start then, fresh as well.....
Consider listening from the beginning. Absorbing what Adriene has to say in the intro framed the whole practice in an eye-opening way for me. Just a though.
The intro also allows us to get into a comfy position on our mats, and start breathing deeply. It reminds us to slow down, have patience, and be present in our lives. 🙏

A gorgeous, and very calming practice. Thank you Adriene, this was awesome. I tend to hold a lot of tension I'm my neck, when I get stressed it's the first place to tense up. So this practice, was great for relieving that, thank you. I feel nice and calm, and ready to face the rest of my day now. Today is a long day, as I'm up before the crack of dawn, because it is my Mummy's birthday. But after doing this practice, I have the fuel for a long day. 😀 see you again tomorrow, Namaste. 🙏🧡🧘♀️🐢🎂💜
Lovely to read this🎉Hope your fuel did go all birthday long ❤I'm sure your fam & you had a great day🎉

I am an elementary teacher who just started doing online teaching this week due to my school being closed because of the Coronavirus. I am not used to sitting at my computer for hours at a time, this came at the perfect time. Thank you Adrienne!
That is exactly why I did this one!!
Cami Williams It might just me me ,but I feel like teaching online is almost more tiring than being in the classroom! Or maybe it’s just a different kind of tired
I'm a college student (in school to be a HS or MS teacher) also at home these days. Thanks for all your hard work.
Had a long day at the office and felt very stiff in the neck. This saved the evening! :)
Truma Echo Harris I feel the exact same way. Everything hurts so much more! 😭
Adriene, I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am. I started doing yoga December 31, 2016, with your 30-day Yoga Camp and haven’t missed a day of yoga since, even when I broke my toe, when I had the flu, when I had major surgery to remove my ovarian cancer. (Granted, a lot of those days were only a few minutes long or comprised entirely of meditation/breathing exercises to allow for my injuries.) Now as I’m still recovering I can’t yet do your videos again, but thanks to the poses and techniques you’ve taught me over the past year and a half, I can formulate my own gentle sequences and gradually work my way back up as I heal. Yoga has changed my life for the better and I can’t thank you enough for sharing it with all of us.
Wow
ALIGN - February 2023 ♥ Day 19 ♥ Definitely needed that TLC for my neck! Hope you all had a great Sunday and much thanks & gratitude to Adriene again. ♥ Lovin' these daily practices so much!
Thank you Adriene for saving my life. I'm not exaggerating. You saved me from excruciating pain because of herniation in my neck. Pain that nothing helped me from. This yoga class has become as natural and every-day for me as breakfast, coffee and breathing. God bless you, you are an angel.
I have had a neck and left shoulder pain for over tree years now, i have lived with the pain everyday, i am not talking about a pain that comes and goes, it just doesnt go! I tried chiropractor adjustment, acupunture, arthitis creams, psychotherapy, electro shocks, medication, pain drugs, massages, cold and hot compress, anything! You name it!... i have spend a lot of money in it, the pain just doesnt go, i cant say that i have learned to live in pain because i havent! Its annoying and frustrating, i feel angry most of time because of it... last saturday i came across this video and thought "why not" so i followed it and it has been life changing! My pain is not 100% gone but i can assure you it has decreased like an 80% of it ... that is the best i have felt in years! Adriene you are my hero! I'll love u all my life THANK YOU so much ❤️ and for the record this is the first time ever that i take some of my time to post a comment on a video, that is how grateful i am haha 🤩
“When mind and body are connected... and your energy is right, you can really be true to yourself and then be of service to others.” As a cardiac nurse during everything that’s going on these days (and with more than enough inner/mental turmoil going on personally), that statement was the perfect end to tonight’s practice. Thank you ❤️
Nourish Day 12: Anyone here with me from the November calendar? That camel pose is challenging! This practice is an important reminder to take care of the neck, shoulders and posture. See you tomorrow!
A bit earlier, but yes!
As a transman who binds, this was amazing. My chest and upper back is always bound up super tightly to make me feel more comfortable. This felt so nice after a long day. Thank you!

I'm literally having this issue right now and your video is in my feed. The RUclips gods have listened & delivered yet again.

Peace Simplyyy Fab! It's great to see you. I didn't make it to the mat until 11:20 P.M. EST, yet I made it nevertheless. This was my first time enjoying this one. When it was on the calendar 4 months ago, I substituted this session. I had no idea what I was missing. Well, good night. It's late where I'm located. Good night! 🦋♥️♥️🦋
Love this practice. Suggestion box: more practices like this--specifically one for helping to counteract 'neck hump,' less flatteringly known as dowager's hump. I do all I can physically to offset the fact that I spend a lot of time in front of a computer writing, but it took me longer than I'd care to admit to clue into a work setup that was easier on my neck. Now I'm on a mission to reverse my neck hump. Been doing this practice for many days straight, but it would be amazing to have an even more specifically catered practice. Thanks for all you do, Adriene!
Thank you Adriene ☀️

Vaccines injur and kill. Please I hope you study more on that section not just how to administer them and rebuttal parents who chose to not vaccinate
Woohoo, for Day 12 of Inquire, for me, a senior yogi, this was a slow stretchy full body workout. Too much on computer/phone working, texting, playing, still isolating a lot, this was so good for neck and shoulders and lower back and also good for awareness of my posture ! A good half hour. See you tomorrow on the mat Adriene, l may swap to a favourite core practice 🤔 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞
ALIGN 🌟 | February 19, 2023 | It is always a good time for this practice! It opens up the neck and shoulder area for immediate relief, yes, but it also offers some subtle strengthening for preventative care. I would also love a practice focused on the front of the neck/shoulder area as I find it a harder spot to stretch but an area that can also hold tension! 🙏
Blessed Beloved Beauties! I will definitely have to come back to this. I didn't have time for Play Day - 18, so I substituted it for 5 - min morning yoga! Have a great practice everyone and I will return to this one another time. Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
Yes I can see here now....nice that you gave it another go.... Lovely! Zuri👏🏾💞🦋🦋💞
It's funny how I do know this of myself of being a chronic texter. My Mom too used to tell me from time to time, in jest onviously, that my neck has grown as long as that of a giraff. Adriene has now somehow realistically seen through my mind; speaking of having a stiff tight neck. Thank you very much for coming to the rescue of me and all these beautiful people practicing around the world. You truly are of an angelic personality helping people pull themselves together through these videos. I'm truly fortunate to have you as my yoga teacher. Peace.
Jumped ahead in Align playlist and so glad I did. Spend way too much time hunched over PC, laptop, e-reader, tablet, phone. I feel as though I just grew taller as well! Thanks for this...on my list to repeat...often.

I have had a bad habit of bending at my spine instead of bending at my hips. I have a job where I bend over all day. You can see where this is going. I have had back pain for a couple of weeks now. I'm pretty sure I pinched a nerve or something doing a spinal flex with poor form.
Anyway, after working all day trying to be mindful of my posture by bending at the hips my back was screaming. I did this session and literally all of my pain is gone. ABSOLUTELY GONE. I am so shocked. I've been doing a few different sessions focusing on the neck and back, but none were really giving me any solid relief - until now.
I just want to say thank you, Adriene, for being such a beautiful human being. You have really helped me grow as a person with my daily yoga practice. It has been a full year now. I started during the quarantine. Cheers! Namaste!
Play day 18 - Wow, what a relief for the upper body. I really needed this as I work sitting in front of the computer every day. I will definitely come back to this one regularly. Also love the fish pose at the end, I felt the instant relaxation. Thank you Adriene, namaste🙏🧡💫
You rock Adriene, I have come back to my yoga practice throughout the years because I feel like I always have a friendly workout buddy in your videos. What separates you from the many other yoga instructors on the internet, is your humble spirit and your deliverance of everything yoga without sounding condescending to your students. You are very detailed and thorough with every new position, making sure the beginner does not hurt themselves and also giving the most advanced a great workout experience. You never disappoint, my wish for you is that you know how many people you reach and teach to nurture themselves. Which makes the world a better place. I hope you never stop posting your videos. Thank you for following your calling!
My body was popping in all kinds of places doing this. Feels great. Don't have a lot of issues with my neck usually, but I struggle a lot with my upper back and some of these poses really hit those spots too.
This perhaps the best yoga routine I have ever done. Simple, quick, and my neck is so much better.
Yes there are harder yoga workouts, but this one really hit the spot. Thanks!
Feel good, stretchy, slow, calm. A couple down dogs but mostly floor work in this one ❤ Sept 2024
Peace I appreciate floor work, too! Have a great weekend! 🦋❤️🦋
Wow. Great stretches approached in a new way for me. And camel…once upon a time (when I was much younger) I could do that without thinking. I believe ‘do a little every day’ will get me back there. So grateful for you Adriene. 🙏🏻

Intention : play and do a little everyday
Yummy stretch I love this practice 😍
I will probably do this session again soon as I will go back to my usual day of unhealthy posture while doing work and task. Thankful that yoga practice keeps me reminded to sit or stand up straight, hoping that in time by doing the practice everyday my posture will improve too.
Thank you Adriene
See you tomorrow beautiful souls
Namaste 🙏
My neck has been so tight lately. When I started the neck circles I felt like a rice Krispy treat with how much everything was popping! The moves felt intense but they became easier as I worked through this one. Thank you so much
My neck has been bothering me a lot lately, and I'm so glad I chose to do this practice instead of just my normal range of mobility exercises. There's something transformative about moving through the poses and turning what could be just a sequence of movements into an energetic practice. Thank you!
Been 3 months since starting Yoga with Adriene and I already feel stronger and better. It's amazing how breathing helps. It's also kind of interesting that she knows exactly when to tell me to release tension in the jaw, shoulders etc. I can't wait to see how I feel in a year!
I don't usually have problems with my neck, but this practice definitely helped my back! I have chronic upper back pain/left shoulder pain so this helped to hit all the troublesome spots. Thank you!
I have the same, chronic right upper back pain, I have started this and in the beginning my back will be burning and killing but towards the end I feel a lot better ❤️ peace and love

Hey there!🤗 This one was really needed!
I loved this practise today! OMG Adriene, you are a wonderful teacher! 💙
Align day 19. February 2023. Fabulous.
Play day 18. October 2022. Loved this practice with all the back bends. Just perfect for my painful shoulder as well.
I’ve been going to a physio for 6 months for shoulder and neck pain and not felt anywhere NEARLY as good as I did after this yoga session today. Wow. I will be back regularly!!
I work in an office and so although I am mindful of my posture, it most likely slips throughout the day, so this felt so good to stretch the neck and the shoulders and move in a way that brought wonderful energy throughout my body. Namaste xo
Last time I did this one I totally forgot one of Adriene’s messages not to crank into positions. Years ago I could quite easily do Bow and Camel so I didn’t think much about it when I pretzeled myself into them. I managed to get into it but let’s just say I paid for it. For the next 7 days I was off calendar doing yoga for lower back pain. So this time I was much wiser and just went to my comfortable edge and listening to my aging body not my memories of what I used to be able to do. Ended up loving this practice and happy with the modifications. Lesson learned!
Awesome! My neck pain is gone after this lesson, thank you so much.
Thank you for your gift of movement. You have helped me find confidence in my body again after long Covid. Your gentle humour and love for humanity is infectious.
Who knew I could do Camel and Fish? My first time trying them, and my body said yes! There has been something so transformative about taking this practice with me to Spain and engaging in a new setting. It seems to have allowed me to break through some previously held barriers. I’ve noticed a tearful gratitude at the end of these practices, too, for the yoga and for this beautiful country that held me in its arms as a 19-year-old student and opened up my life forever. Gracias, España, por haberme amado cuando me hacía falta, y gracias, Adriene, por el amor a través de la práctica diaria. Un abrazo. Oh, PS Sonia Gil is my French goddess! I used Fluenz French 1 and 2 before my most recent trip to Paris and voilà! I was thrilled with how much I learned, and how quickly. Fluenz is a great program, and Adriene, being fluent in another language will blow your life WIDE OPEN. I’m so excited for you - adelante, pues vale la pena el esfuerzo para alcanzarlo y realizar TU SUEÑO!
Day 6 of Salute 🍁 I have not done this practice in 6 years!! Crazy!! This was good to do after working in the office all week 😃

2 September 2024 - thank you, Adriene, for this practice. Done in preparation for a day at my desk. Lotsa love 💕
my neck and shoulders were just one ball of tightness from doing so much computer work lately it already feels so much better after this. will definitely be returning to this one often ❤
today’s practice done on:
* 2/24/23: decided to come back to this practice because I wanted something just a tad shorter and because I needed to stretch my neck/back, but i love the reminder “try to do a little something everyday.” really just puts it into perspective that you don’t have to do an hour long yoga video if you don’t want to, 20 min is enough, even 5 min. align day 19 ⭐️
Thank you Adriene 😊
Im crying. I needed this for years and didn’t have enough money to visit the chinese physician who pointed out my neck problems accurately. I have problems wiith from pectoral tightness up to jaw tension and misaligned teeth from jaw tension and didnt find exercises that worked until now. Even the kink in my breathing is gone, i can breathe deeply again. Ive been depressed but now feel so great after this exercise. All hail yoga master adriene.
i love how you describe every move and tell us what to do with every body part. we don't have to look at the screen, but just listen to your voice.
awesome. the best way to start your day is to start it with Adriene! even if you don’t have neck problems. love you, Adriene ❤️❤️❤️
I've had upper back pain for the past 10 years as my job requires me to sit at a computer. To make matters worse I also spent hours gaming on the computer.
This was the first yoga routine I've done in my lifetime and it felt AMAZING afterwards. I feel like I've gained so much mobility in my shoulders, neck, and upper back and noticed the results immediately. Thank you Adriene! You are a godsend!
Holy smokes my neck is so bad that I feel dizzy after doing this. Definitely have not been taking care of my neck and been having bad posture for a longggg time. Would do this regularly, thanks Adriene!
I also feel dizzy and nauseous when my neck is painful
This practice was calling my name. Namaste xo
This is my favourite yoga practice to help ease pain in my left shoulder. Love everything you do Adriene, this one especially!
After a while of this carpal tunnel syndrome that has given me numbness in my fingers at night and some burning pain in the morning, a physical therapy helped me realize how my breath has been shortened from my slouching upper back and collected tensed neck, a regular practice of this wonderful treatment gives my body true bliss. Thank you, Adrian.
Adrienne your yoga exercises are extremely engaging, envigorating and lively for everyone. You put together body and mind in
beautiful harmony through various exercises including this one from head to toe Thank you and keep up the inspiring work ☺💖 👌
Dear Adriene, thank you for your support through all these years. I am practicing with you for more than 5 years. I had several surgeries and it helps so much to recover. Especially after 2 surgeries on lungs. I mean you help me to recover. Thank you very much for it! Wish you all the best and Happy New Year!
I just tried this out. When going through the motions, I kind of doubted myself bc I had trouble looking and mimicking the harder positions. Well, after I was done and finished cleaning up my area I noticed that my posture was relaxing itself in a WAY healthier position (what my posture is supposed to be). This video was life changing! I'm definitely doing this routine. Thank you so much!! I'm shocked! Lol
I think I practice yoga with you for 3 years already, and I want to say Thank You for saving me. You are a wonderful person, and I wish you all the good you bring to other people's life.
Thank you for giving us free yoga! I'm going through some really tough times and I can't afford mental therapy and yoga at the same time. I've been under a lot of stress and abrupt changes and therefore my neck and back is a tight mess. Your videos have been helping me relax, loosen up and remain calm. Truly appreciate you!
I'm a massage therapist of 14 years and strained my neck (SCM). Received a massage and the assisted stretching seemed to address tight fascia of the chest and arms. With our bones acting as levers, as in yoga, I can restore and bring relief and healing to my body. Thank you for addressing all aspects of who we are the energetic body, physical body, mental body, etc. I've actually worked with a Physical Therapist recently using KT tape on the front of my body to help me feel the head over heart, heart over pelvis, alignment. I was leaning way back. Looked like an E.T., lol. Thank yoy Adriene for making yourself available to healing the world one step at a time, through yoga, using your gifts and talents. This is what I need now at this time. I will be challenging myself on all levels through your other courses. All my love to you.
WOW! Worked like magic! The last couple of days I was so sore at the shoulders, upper back and neck and now I feel refreshed. Thank you so much
I love when you share your videos at the right moment! I’m on my phone a lot more with being a nanny, and I’ve been miserable the past couple weeks from this neck pain. Thank you !! 🤍
PLAY day 18. For the first time in a long time, I could not get through the whole practice. On a normal day I easily would have, but I got two vaccines today, one on each arm, and my sore vaccine arms + feeling slight side effects made yoga difficult to do today. I only got through 17 minutes of this 28 minute practice, much of that time resorting to child's pose because of my vaccine arms, but I'm still glad I made time to get on the mat today. I didn't want to completely skip my daily practice today, but sometimes you just gotta find what feels good. So instead of skipping, I found what felt good. I have been doing YWA daily since 5/26/22, meaning I am coming up on 5 months. Since then I've only skipped 5 days (4 days I was on vacation and didn't have the time, 5th day I had the Rona and it was the day I tested positive and that day was when I felt the worst out of all the days I had it). Yoga has truly been a game changer for me and every day I'm realizing more and more what good a little time on the mat every day can do.
You did great finding what feels good rather then forcing yourself and your body to do something you didn't feel neither right nor possible for you today. I think this is the proper teaching of yoga and definitely what Adriene is constantly reminding us. You proved to be strong and brave and this will bring its benefits. Be proud of yourself. Wishing you the best for your recovery I send you healing vibes and a big hug. Bless you ♥
@@annaparticolare6455Thanks for the sweet comment!! I’m coming back to this video today since it’s on the monthly playlist, and I’m hoping I can get through the whole thing today.
i have been watching ur channel for seven years now..countless practices…this one is my all time favorite 😍 i can’t believe i’m just now finding this. the euphoria i feel after is unmatched thanks Adrienne ❤️
Thank you Adriene I have been practicing with this video several times a week for the last few weeks and I can truly say that the back, neck and shoulder pain I've had every day for the last 15 years has pretty much disappeared and I am able to move much more freely and in completely new ways. You are awesome and you are benefiting so many people around the world. Thank you. Love from Germany!
Salute day 6; this practice was an absolutely beautiful way to start my day ❤️
I've been struggling with chronic neck pain for awhile. I've seen chiropractors that'll help me out temporarily. Adding this to stretch out my beck and upper back has restored me almost completely. I will continue to do this everyday until its gone. Thank you so much!
Nourish day 12! What an intense stretch. This helped work out tension in my shoulders I didn't even know I had. Thanks Adriene!
Adriene, you make living in today's world possible. I am so grateful to how you allow us to take our chronic pain and make it controllable and make yoga so possible. Thank you for letting me be of use and a vessel for good by keeping me in less pain.
I feel so refreshed. I've spent a lot of time in bed over the last couple of weeks with covid so my neck and my back were just so stiff. I feel so energetic now! Thank you. #Inquire2020
Glad to hear you are feeling better!
my headache and neck tension is GONE. Thank you Adriene!!! I've been following along with your videos for YEARS now. My friends and I love your vids so much
Very bad neck and shoulder pain, and headache. I loved today as it was a balm on my state of being. Many thanks!
I have a bit of a spasm in my neck, this really helped. I absolutely could not do the fish pose. But, the rest of it, so absolutely needed today and very helpful. Thank you!
I am 53 soon to be 54. Some of those poses I would do as a child. Never thought I could do them again, but there I was doing them as if I were 10 again. So cool! 😊
