This is quite possibly one of the best videos you guys have ever made. I'm so jealous of Justin right now! So cool to see where my 09 Bullitt was born (assuming it's the same shop as 9 years ago)
Great work again, AM! Loved your early vids and the growth in production quality/content that Justin and Stef have brought just adds icing to the muscle cake!
Curious to note that the NHRA still mandates a diagonal bar from the main hoop forward while these engineered, modern racecar cages, designed for side impact, don't.

I wish Ford performance/ Ford racing would offer more power packs for the older coyotes there discounting almost everything for the 11-14 it's like they forget about those and only focus on the new stuff. Some people like there product and rather have a tune from them than go after market no offense AM some people are brand loyal and want to keep it all Ford
Hi, I have a 19 mustang GT pp1. I know the power pack 1 (air intake, throttle body w/ spacer and pro cal tool) comes with a 3yr/ 36,000 mile warranty. I was wondering I have a Ford esp 7 yr 100,000 mile extended warranty. If I have a Ford dealership install the kit will it void my extended warranty?
Yep, the markup from these dealers is ridiculous. Just get a normal GT PP with a solid discount and put that extra money into mods to make your car truly unique. 😊
I really dig the Bullitt! The color is amazing and the interior is really sweet. As far as ecoboost numbers, I guess you'll have to stay tuned! ;) -Justin
I don't believe you can buy this wing. It's only for the FP350S. I remember asking about the Mustang GT4 wing and it costs nearly 6K USD for it, and also exclusive to individuals who own the Vehicle. Sadly the closest thing you can do is get a APR GT250 wing and get custom end plates.
Paw paw I agree. Great car.. I have a gt. If I could afford a second car I would get an EcoBoost . Great looking car . Great price. Great fuel economy . 320 hp. I would buy one.
@@americanmuscle They've been in CARB certification for a few months now. I bought an 18 Ecoboost back in June. I've already lowered it and installed a CAT back, but I can't wait to get the FP tune and CAI!
Which dealer in the so cal area can install the ford performance power pack for me? So far two dealers have to told me they don’t modify cars and matter of fact they had no idea what I was talking about
Older chassis don't have the draw for a company since they make so much more money on the newer chassis. There are some great parts out there, but the newer engines are so much more superior stock and modded.
We hear you loud and clear J- although we haven't had an SN95 build in a little while we certainly haven't forgotten about you guys. I'll see what we can do! -Justin
Steve huge difference as it is for a race car and delete tha PCV system altogether and you lose the mounting points for the FP piece and finally durability and accessibility.
All this power I hope the stock mt82 isn't garbage for 2019 the way it was for 2018 and all the hassle the guys like ls eater and many others went thru not being able to drive there new cars and waiting on Ford to come up with an answer for the transmission blowing up crusing in third
Regarding performance improvements to the EcoBoost, when is Ford racing going to wake up and offer a REAL intercooler for the Mustang ecoboost?, the stock unit is horribly inefficient and restrictive, The Ford performance tune with an aftermarket intercooler takes a mid 14 second car and turns it into a low 13 second car. Where the tune alone will get you into the high 13's, it is low hanging fruit that they refuse to acknowledge. Livernoise is another company that refuses to acknowledge the poorly designed intercooler, offering a thermostat and downpipe with their tune instead,
Lol open to interpretation sounds like nope it can go around circles really well but straight line is still demon LMAO just like gt350 can be beat by a 2018 automatic with a tune for thousands less
BS they don’t have cold air intakes, oil separators , X pipe resonator delete or tunnels in their catalog. The local dealers specialty person dos,not recontact customers . I went with Roush. This was for 2018 - 19 Mustang GT’s
I just bought the 2018 ecoboost so I can't wait to see what they come up with after their development stage. my bank account is itching to be dipped into lol.
Grey McGown I actually have a 16 GT. Took the Eco for a test drive and seen how limited they have the HP. the I4 has so much more power that can be pushed out of it. and for what I payed for it well under book value I couldn't pass it up.
I wish Ford would spend more time on quality control than building silly race cars. Race cars don't pay the bills, consumer cars do. My Ford ecoboost spends all its time time in the shop and Ford could care less. Warranty my ass. Last Ford I will ever buy.
Ford and Ford Performance are two entirely different entities. Ford Performance along with Watson Racing are responsible for 'building silly race cars' as you put it, not Ford. -Justin
This is quite possibly one of the best videos you guys have ever made. I'm so jealous of Justin right now! So cool to see where my 09 Bullitt was born (assuming it's the same shop as 9 years ago)
I always wanted to see a video of how those specialty Mustangs are built. AM, thanks for bringing it to us.
Glad you enjoyed it Jorge! -Justin
One of your best videos for sure. That Bullit exhaust note.. pure music.
Great work again, AM! Loved your early vids and the growth in production quality/content that Justin and Stef have brought just adds icing to the muscle cake!
Thanks man, that's very kind of you to say! -Justin
Thanks .... That was a great walk through. Magic happens there.
Where can I get those cool Camber plates?
I'd love to see actually dyno numbers on the bullitt compare to a normal GT.
Awesome video guys! It was nice meeting y'all.
Curious to note that the NHRA still mandates a diagonal bar from the main hoop forward while these engineered, modern racecar cages, designed for side impact, don't.
Still thinking of getting the stage 2 for mine
I'm assuming the run with the power pack 3 was with stock muffler and resonator? If so there's a easy bump in power there to be had.
That fox body at 4:42
:58 also
Morbid SVT COBRA: I saw the one at 4:42... didn't notice it at :58. Nice catch!
Saw it too indeed
Good Job Justin - as usual

AmericanMuscle.com I work for werner enterprises the trucking company next door and I love when I'm there and can hear cars on the dyno
AmericanMuscle.com nice interviews, Justin cut off one of the guys in the engine bay clip; can we get that extended interview?
Do you know if they are going to do any Power packs for the 18+??
Do you know if Ford Performance plans on developing power packs for the 18 GT’s?
I would bet on it. -Justin
can't wait for it and i hope someone makes papers for them to be allowed in Europe ;)
Ford Performance has told me they are working on them but no indication of when they will be available.
Yeah I hope they don't forget about us. I would like to know if we can get 500 horsepower with the Coyote gen 3

Justin has the best job in the world! I’m jealous hahah, nice vid Justin 👍🏼👍🏼
Can I install this on my 2020 mustang GT? The 350 manifold with the air intake
Nice video? Any news on power packs for the 18/19 GT's?
Bring out the GT500!!!!
Looks like it has a variation of the upcoming gt500 hood
When are the '18/'19 Power Packs and Procal flash coming out?
I'm a big fan of the Bullett Mustang but my dealer wants 62,000 dollars. That's 9500 over the sticker price.
Yep, the markup from these dealers is ridiculous. Just get a normal GT PP with a solid discount and put that extra money into mods to make your car truly unique. 😊
Please please please feature the Coyote/ Roadrunner/voodoo/5.2XS or whatever engine it set up on the EZ Run stand! I want one so bad.
Really Justin "the whole enchilada" 😂
Sorry, I'm cheesy...lol. -Justin
Justin,,How you Felling new Bullitt Mustang?
How many HP AM can do my 18EcoBoost Stang ?🚗💨🔥
I really dig the Bullitt! The color is amazing and the interior is really sweet. As far as ecoboost numbers, I guess you'll have to stay tuned! ;) -Justin
I wonder how much HP that FP350S makes. I'm guessing close to 800 RWHP
If i was boosting a car then Id go GT350 or boss intake however for N/A the CJ intake is hands down the best and makes more peak power than the GT350.
Hello American Muscle do you know where I can buy the APR Performance carbon fiber adjustable rear wing as shown on these FP350S?
I don't believe you can buy this wing. It's only for the FP350S. I remember asking about the Mustang GT4 wing and it costs nearly 6K USD for it, and also exclusive to individuals who own the Vehicle. Sadly the closest thing you can do is get a APR GT250 wing and get custom end plates.
Is that Bullitt staying being tested by AmericanMuscle? ...is it staying there as a build car? Or is Justin saying goodbye to the S197??
Unfortunately not, this car belonged to Ford Performance. -Justin
You went to heaven.👍
Nice!! Great video!!
American power. Ford is slowly getting right up there with AMG and the European brands.
@14:20 “On a dyno can we make some noise”? Car on dyno proceeds to make 2.3L noises.
You are very observant. -Justin
"Car sounded good" I drive an EcoBoost and I even chuckled ..
Drop top with sttock exhaust.... Or Ecoboost?
Paw paw
Don't sleep. This Ecoboosts are decent. I love that jet engine sound they make when they have work done.
Paw paw
I agree. Great car.. I have a gt. If I could afford a second car I would get an EcoBoost . Great looking car . Great price. Great fuel economy . 320 hp. I would buy one.
So can we finally get the ford performance tune for the 18 ecoboost? Been waiting....
They have been held up in CARB certification- should be coming soon! -Justin
@@americanmuscle They've been in CARB certification for a few months now. I bought an 18 Ecoboost back in June. I've already lowered it and installed a CAT back, but I can't wait to get the FP tune and CAI!
Justin, was ya sportin wood walkin through that place !!
Haha, It was certainly heaven. -Justin
Anyone notice the possible 2019 gt500 parts on the racecars. Hood vent, the diffuser, and the engine?
I'm just glad the s197 was in the beginning of this video lol
Which dealer in the so cal area can install the ford performance power pack for me? So far two dealers have to told me they don’t modify cars and matter of fact they had no idea what I was talking about
Like a kid in a candy store 😍
still patiently waiting for 18-19 GT power pack...any word?
STILL held up in CARB according to my contacts at Ford Performance. Roush has theirs out now if you're tired of waiting. -Justin
How bout a sifter that actually shifts for my boss 302...
Where can I buy that wing and that front splitter for my GT350?!
Daniel Avila let me know if you find it!
Btw, sucks not to see any new builds or mods for the 94-98 mustang on this channel.
Lover J that's because they have done all they can do lol
Those are pretty much the least desirable generations of 5.0 or 4.6. Plus as someone else said it’s all been done on those platforms.
-Justin
AmericanMuscle.com Love the respect you’re showing, thanks for showing love!
This is so epic! CAN I PLEASE HAVE ONE
TAKE MY MONEY!!!
Weird they didn’t use the Ford performance catch can. Might say what’s needed about their branded catch can.
Steve huge difference as it is for a race car and delete tha PCV system altogether and you lose the mounting points for the FP piece and finally durability and accessibility.
Harold Ortiz That actually makes sense. Thank you.
those wings tho 👌💯
Are these power packs compatible with 2018 GT’s ?
nope, working on it probably.
Not at this time since the 2018 utilizes different throttle body electronics. They are in the process of developing parts however for the '18. -Justin
No new info about the new gt500?
Why didnt you guys ask for the shelby.?
Who says I didn't? We caught a few glimpses but that's all I can say. -Justin
Awesome.
Nice vid, but lower the music when interviewing IMO. It was especially bad during the review of the 3 Power Pack stages.
Thanks for the feedback! -Justin
All this power I hope the stock mt82 isn't garbage for 2019 the way it was for 2018 and all the hassle the guys like ls eater and many others went thru not being able to drive there new cars and waiting on Ford to come up with an answer for the transmission blowing up crusing in third
Utah county Picazo's page MT-82 is garbage period..
damn know power numbers justin on the 5.2 road race car justin???
They wouldn't disclose exact numbers but hinted at mid-low 500. -Justin
AmericanMuscle.com gotcha, would love to have that build
That foxbody :58
Lol I work there and weld on all of those
Wait did I here the results wrong .... only about 40 HP gain on the GT with the pp ? That awful .
Man, some guys are tough to please. 40hp is alot when using some pretty basic bolt on's. -Justin
I’m surprised this car doesn’t have a dry sump oil system
Peter Marino doesn't need it

wow nice
Your at Ford performance and you got no information about the new gt500 or at least anything about their future projects?
Oh I got info- I just can't talk about it. ;) -Justin
AmericanMuscle.com Please tell me the new gt500 is faster than the demon.
"Faster" is a word that is open to different interpretation. -Justin
Lol open to interpretation sounds like nope it can go around circles really well but straight line is still demon LMAO just like gt350 can be beat by a 2018 automatic with a tune for thousands less
Guess you'll just have to wait and see. -Justin
Anybody else think the guy with glasses sounds like Kermit the frog lol
Cory .. or Kermit ? Lmao
FORD. PLEASE REDESIGN THAT UGLY AIR BOX. LOVE FORD.
BS they don’t have cold air intakes, oil separators , X pipe resonator delete or tunnels in their catalog. The local dealers specialty person dos,not recontact customers . I went with Roush. This was for 2018 - 19 Mustang GT’s
They have that for the 15-17, maybe 18 didnt get the stuff yet.
Did anyone see the cobra jet
The blue one is a 15-17 version however one of the cars in this video IS a 2018 CJ... ;) -Justin
Great World workers
I mean work
Y’all need to dyno the bullitt. Lol
No burnout Justin?!? Wth?!?
Haha, you know I wanted to but the guys at Ford Performance told me to 'behave'. :) -Justin
Ecoboost family like this comment to show the ecoboost support!!
Should've bought a v8!
U should support all mustangs like a tru mustang fan and to show how diverse mustangs can be and still be the greatest american car!!
I just bought the 2018 ecoboost so I can't wait to see what they come up with after their development stage. my bank account is itching to be dipped into lol.
Aaron Grant why wouldn’t u just get a 15-17 gt lol

#builtnotbought
lol it seems like yer bugging those guys
THE AIR BOX IS TO BIG AND UGLY. ITS GOOD. BUT DOESNT LOOK GOOD UNDER THE HOOD
I wish Ford would spend more time on quality control than building silly race cars. Race cars don't pay the bills, consumer cars do. My Ford ecoboost spends all its time time in the shop and Ford could care less. Warranty my ass. Last Ford I will ever buy.

AmericanMuscle.com Ford owns FP smart ass. Nice try though.
What's the problem with your Ecoboost Mustang?
Sigh...
5.0 weak motor's and transmission's... CRAP
First 😪
Are they going to make a power pack for the 2018 gt?
They have an army of 350s!!
