"Ace bandage wraps are suitable for almost any type of strain or sprain. They fit all sizes, and they don't require special fittings. I keep one in my lunch bag because I never know what will happen. It could be needed to hold an ice pack in place, to support a sore arm from too much time at the keyboard, or to make an injured child feel better." - teach2ec, NC
"I use the wraps for several areas such as knee, elbow, and ankle. They are very versatle and user friendly. Anyone can use them to help support those joints, if they are sprained and need help from the elastic wraps." - Diane, NJ

I wrapped it in a bandage but i was just afraid if the tendon could be completely torn, but i guess that's unlikely as i have no bruising or swelling

Sydney Clementshaw I have severely bad eczema too. Last year, after trying everything my dermatologist threw at me, she gave me my last resort. She prescribed me Dupixent, it’s a shot you get twice a month. It’s very painful but worth it!

Well, 4 years old comment, but I'm glad you wrote it because I was thinking the same thing. I kept wanting him to continue further down the wrist. It seems so much attention to the hand and palm and what about the wrist? I fell off my bicycle and sprained my wrist. The doc put it in a splint that is attached with a wrap-around bandage, and I have to re-wrap it. It definitely went further down my wrist.
