Hi, I’m a 1st time wrapper😊 My son hurt his ankle in gym & I picked up the wrap. My question is, should I wrap him now ( bedtime) or wait til the morning? I’m not sure if he is supposed to sleep with wrap on? Tia
I think I sprung my ankle I didn't know how to wrap it up this is a good video it taught me a lot it's crazy I tried to wrap it up and it was too tight this video on RUclips show me how to do it the right.
if person is wrapping standing on right side instead of middle ? How to move I kind of feel more comfortable if moving right to to left but need a video for it ? And will that be correct too ?
One of the best one! Thank you! Just to explain how bad the NHS is in the UK. I went to the hospital with ankle sprain! They never put bandage on my foot, they never told me to rest it or anything like that, the doctor's attitude was awful. He only told me to put ice on it after me asking what to do. He told me that I was OK to go back to work so I did. That was just over a month ago. I worked for 2 weeks now I've been for for 3 weeks now because I still cannot walk! I wish I had seen this video straight away my injury, I would fit by now! Shame on you English NHS....
