    This is interesting, I have seen in other videos they begin at the foot and work their way up. Why have you wrapped up the ankle the other way?

    Thank you
    My Question is how do I know that the patient has strain or sprain not some thing else?

    • @Alpha_7227
      @Alpha_7227 Год назад

      Sprain is much worse, they won't be able to carry any weight at all, usually ligament or tendon damage. A strain is usually muscle damage.

      Are you in pain? You should be fine if it doesn't hurt. :) Stay safe

    • @lifer132

    Bandage was wrongly performed. You wrap it up from distal part ( metatarsals) to proximal (middle of tibia). Calcaneus should not be skipped.

    Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else needs to find out about types of ankle injuries try Jaffacter Sprained Ankle Coach ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate got cool success with it.
