I just suffered an ankle sprain recently
What can I do for the quickest possible recovery?
Thank you
My Question is how do I know that the patient has strain or sprain not some thing else?
Sprain is much worse, they won't be able to carry any weight at all, usually ligament or tendon damage. A strain is usually muscle damage.
I strech my foot, and the sound pop. But then i feel my stretched bone like dislocated, but im not sure. Is it a sprain or dislocated?
Are you in pain? You should be fine if it doesn't hurt. :) Stay safe
@@auricathome nah, it bruised. Then i know its a sprain, it should heal for a few weeks. Thanks

I'm here because I have injured my ankle joint😪 from a morning run😳
Bandage was wrongly performed. You wrap it up from distal part ( metatarsals) to proximal (middle of tibia). Calcaneus should not be skipped.
Please what link has the correct bandaging?
