  • In this Thought-Watching mindfulness meditation, we'll breathe deeply to relax and ground ourselves, then begin the process of familiarizing ourselves with our minds. First, we'll observe the thoughts nonjudgmentally -- then we'll learn and sense how they relate to our emotions. We'll examine our minds from several perspectives, then practice watching our thoughts while staying grounded in the body. This practice will help you embody the idea that "you are the observer of your thoughts."

    What if you can’t stop thinking of a thought and keep remembering nonstop

      It depends on what the thought is, but generally speaking, you can apply the Letting Go technique to the feeling / energy behind the thought.
