    I saw your "I can't meditate" video on Tiktok and then watched this. It helped. You're doing a good thing, hope other people stumble upon you like I did.

    Wow this is unbelievable. Brought me to such deep presence after so long of struggling to stay focused on the 3D.
    I tried this meditation for the first time a week ago and it was way too straining on my eyes to even focus on one spot, and I remember it was somewhat painful to focus on the point behind my eyebrows for too long also.
    But for the last week I have been working on bringing myself back to presence in my body b/c I noticed my awareness was being diluted to everything around me and I was too aware of the All, and had to bring my focus back to just myself, the One. And now a week later I was able to fully do this meditation and it's SO good!!

    Found you on TikTok. I felt strong shaking in my chest area and it was uncomfortable. Are these my clogged emotions being released or simply triggered?

    • @TheMentalLevel

      Welcome Alen. My guess is indeed the emotional energy is being released. If you want a track that can help with that, check out the Letting Go Technique tracks. Best of luck :)

    I noticed a heart beat feeling in my brain ( I don’t have a headache). And I’m at one point I felt a little scared. I’m not sure why? Any thoughts?

    • @TheMentalLevel
      @TheMentalLevel  Год назад

      Hi Mollie! I'm not sure, this could be for any number of reasons. Random sensations and emotions arising during meditation are normal, and as long as you feel safe, just notice them and let them pass on their own without feeling the need to analyze or react to them too much. Usually, they'll smooth out and occur less often with regular practice, but certainly listen to your intuition moment to moment, and if you think it's better to stop or take a break, then do so. Hope that helps, and let me know if you have any questions. :)

      Hey! Another? What was the first one I did that you'd describe as ASMR?

      @@aonshinzo Oh gotcha thanks -- what does that mean in your mind, what would an ASMR meditation be or sound like? Just trying to get an idea of what you mean so I can think about what I could come up with. Thanks!

      @@TheMentalLevel Oh no problem at all What came to mind for me were the ear to ear guided meditation or visual journey Asmr videos. I like the ones where the speaker starts off in a normal tone and then transitions into a soft whisper in the middle maybe with some environmental noises thrown in, very nice to decompress or sleep to. Thank you for even considering!

      @@aonshinzo Got it! I have some similar to this on my Sleep Meditations playlist, and will make more with this in mind at some point. Thanks! :)
