Thank you! The concept that came up at the end of the video of not following and getting caught up in your negative thoughts would be so so good If only I could learn that skill. I feel like my life is being ruined by anxieties and stress brought about by deeply ingrained negative thought patterns. I am desperate to turn this around. This video gives me a some hope that maybe I could achieve this through meditation (the right kind of meditations). Thank you for giving me this hope.
I can completely resonate with this as I went through this exact struggle with my negative thought patterns. I have since unlocked it by developing some key mindset muscles and now I feel empowered every day. You can overcome your minds negativity. I learned to how to not only be the witness but how to build positive thought patterns to replace the negative ones. It possible my friend. Wow Sara that one put me to sleep.I wondered if you could point me to one if you have it to “observe fear” & let it be. My therapist wants me to “observe my fear of silence” & choose to be willing to love instead. I grew up in a narcissistic household. Emotionally/physically abusive. My mom used Pavlov’s dog on me but instead of it being food she would show love. I have a deep root of worthlessness & not knowing who I am. I’ve been working on this for 3yrs. I would like to ask is it normal to see "myself" (image of myself) talking me during meditation?
I’ve listened to a lot of your meditations and always enjoyed them but this is hard to understand with my bad hearing as your voice is vey muffled and often gets buried under the music.

This could have been a good practice if youd stopped talking for a bit and given us time to be with ourselves and practice your instructions. Also the music was distracting especially when we were asked to listen to sounds outside.
You talk too much. Take a leaf out of techniques which are mostly silent with more longer spaced suggestions
I think you talk to much. This is a great meditation. There is plenty of other meditations on RUclips why don't you try these instead of spreading you negativity about
Maybe you could play it at a slower playback speed. 75 or 50%. Many of us found the pauses and speed to be perfect.
