- In this guided track based on The Letting Go Technique from David Hawkins (which is not a substitute for professional help), you'll be guided through directly to process the energy of your emotions. Instead of intellectualizing them, you'll have the opportunity to experience them in their raw energetic form, creating a container to feel connected to them but also fully see the wave of energy through to its transformation. This way of going about the technique can be especially useful when you don't know what you're feeling, or when you're feeling too many things at once to hone in on, and simply want to shift into a lighter, clearer state. This is such a special medi. Some days it inspires a wellspring of emotion and others my feelings go hide themselves but it acts as a good way to accept they want to be hidden for now. It’s a great medi to just accept whatever is.
