    I can tell you I am not an emotional person, I have had an up bringing where I have never anything for myself which in result has made me a person that can not rely on themselves, I am a 21 year old man yet I feel like a 15 year old boy. this recording actually made me cry as I became self aware and this is the first time I have recognised my situation, I haven't cried in about 8 years, I feel like I'm going to wake up tomorrow and I'm going to be a changed man, the power of meditation and self awareness is truly magical and I think anyone that is withdrawn from their life or depressed or someone with anger disorders should experience this! thank you so much for creating this recording, you may have actually changed my life

      jake solloway I’m not very emotional ether I can legit watch one of my family members die right in front of me and I won’t cry I’m pretty much fully emotionally locked

    I have been practicing guided and non guided meditation for a couple of years. Last night was my first time doing a guided meditation that last for more than an hour. Your voice spoke to my subconscious like no other has done it before. This meditation was so powerful to me that something strange happened in my stomach (a sensation that in my 31 years of life have never felt before), I believe my pancreas moved, or popped while you were talking about anger in your meditation. I was very scared, I thought my illness had done something bad to my body again, but then it all felt good, save - and I am still wandering why my organs moved while I was doing this meditation. When you called me to wake up, I felt like something had change in my energy field.
    I have a powerful testimony of this guided meditation. Nothing has ever done what this guided meditation did to me last night.
    Thank you !!!- and I hope the universe rewards you with abundance. You do so good in life for others that I hope you get many blessings in return.

    I always fall asleep, so I'm not sure how it ends, but the I know the first 30 minutes is great.

      That is a good sign, it doesn't matter if you sleep whilst listening to this as your mind will pick it up :) if only I could do household chores in my sleep :)

      @@MeditationVacation I fell asleep during the first ten minutes of it and i rarely dream so when I fell a sleep I had this nightmare where the devil was trying to get me and the funny thing is I dont believe in that stuff and when I was about to wake up I felt a heavy pressure on my back

    This really allowed me to focus more than I have in years. It opened up something within me that allowed me to become motivated and to figure out what it is that I want. So thankful for this video

      That is something special, I made this video meditation from my own experience of depression, anxiety etc....I now just overthink alot now, in a good way! The creative part of my brain won't shutdown. I am glad this helped you but remember YOU did the hard work here :)

    I feel asleep with thus playing, my phone ran out of battery so my alarm didn't go off and I got ana amzing nights sleep, thank you I needed that :)

      On iPhone, I go to the timer setting, set it for the length of video I’m playing, go into the “when timer ends” menu, scroll to the bottom, & select “stop playing” so that the phone will stop playing the video at the end & I don’t have to worry about being late to work.

    Thank you so very much for the work you put out for others to enjoy. I have listened to this meditation every night for the past month and I have had such a peaceful and deep rest that it literally set my mind up to have a great day the following day. I work in sales and I am currently number 1 in my district this month and I'm hoping to get a promotion by the end of the month! I really truly believe that it is because of this meditation. it has helped ease my subconcious, it tamed my anxiety and helped my depression by helping me have a more positive outlook on life. I quit old habits that I'm not proud of and I'm enjoying more time with family. thank you for bringing the joy back in my life. -Namaste❤

      I love all types of guided meditations. I REALLY love the long ones because I tend to only have time to meditate at night. I'm a mother to a one year old so my life is quite busy. mainly right now I am working towards finding my purpose for this life time, if you have any suggestions on a video of yours or any other that would be amazing. also I'd love to get more into lucid dreaming and astral travel. I have astral traveled before but I'd love to be able to channel it. thanks for the reply. much love❤

      Excellent Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Marnaavid Unexplainable Intervention (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to hack your flow state without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my work colleague finally got great success with it.

    For the first time in my life I have seen how should I felt and bring back the real me. This guided meditation helps your membrane to restructure again to its real purpose. Euphoria! This was first time feeling to than was I wasn’t expecting. To think that I was half through already 1:12:53 my body wants to sleep but I challenge my mind to stay awake to experience how this meditation went through, I was laying down like a sitting Buddha I didn’t notice I’m already in deep Hypnosis. A work of art my man! Bravo!

    My partner is a veteran too and I set him up with several meditation videos for anxiety, help sleeping and to help quiet his mind. They do help. I mix them up for him and there are three that I've set aside because they're favourites but I want him to try new ones as they become available. Thank you for this. There are times when I talk him down and while I"m grateful that it works, it's nice knowing these are here and can be used when I'm not here or as an aside.

      ​@@MeditationVacation Your work makes a difference and most of the time, you won't have any idea of the impact your efforts and creativity are having. I've used and recommended your videos to patients (I worked in physical therapy for 20 years) for a long time. Your videos have a combination of a good voice, good speech rhythm, tone, script and progression. The sound level of the voice track over the background is on point and overall, it's an excellent product. I wish you'd add binaural beats to more of them but they're quite effective as they are. Thank you for putting these on RUclips. You make a difference. Thank you.

    That was one of the most powerful meditations that I have ever heard in my life.. I slightly woke up mid way and the messaging and instructions had me mind blown.. I tend to be picky turning new sources for my sleep meditation cause it’s not all good messaging and sometimes nightmares are a result. You clearly have good intentions and have tapped into your inner knowledge. You said things that put a lot in to perspective for me, I’m thankful. I’m most definitely a fan.

    If u just let ur mind drift and actually listen to what this video is saying I promise you will not regret it. This is my first time ever meditating and I promise u once u do it, U will not want to stop. I feel refreshed and don't care to dwell or stress about the little things. I am excited for my future and love myself much more after this video. I did this for 37 minutes and cannot wait to continue before I go to sleep tonight. WOW JUST WOW.

    I keep looking for a sleep meditation with 1.soothing voice 2.long enough to relax and fall asleep 3.sound
    This video is perfect however; I would love to find something with the tone of your voice or one similar with the sounds of light rain and thunder or like a cosmic white noise very gentle and faint but noticeable, I find these sounds and frequencies are they only ones that relax and open my mind enough to absorb and create openness to absorb thoughts and realities I want to experience and explore.
    Ive always listened to my own inner voice my whole life, my own private phycologist/therapist but life has become so full of noise and unwanted stimulation thus overwhelming me so dramatically that I find my inner voice has become scrambled and distant.

    I've never tried meditation and gave it a shot, I must say, it was high like no other, i was so relaxed and at peace for once in what has seemed like years. I highly recommend this one - if you've ever smoked before you know that you must not be afraid and let everything run it's course, same applies. Let your body go and you will feel amazing in the morning :) Thanks for the video mate!

    This is great! It covers a lot of ground though, and often find myself asleep before all of the suggestions have been made.
    If I use it before bed, I normally start it halfway through, as I find the chalkboard transference particularly useful.

    This has been my absolute favorite guided meditation session I have come across! I recommend your videos and your channel to everyone!     so that was pretty intense I must say, and in a good way ! what a great job .. came here through Michael sealey commenting on your great work and how similarly you both work ( you guys write your own stuff, no ghost writers) . Again I am not disappointed. Your voice pitch is perfect . I did not slept , or shortly and really felt worked on my subconscious level. I don't feel better as down to more positive more relax or less anxious , I do feel stronger today, I procrastinate way less than my usual self at the moment. Also decided and acted on rewired my entire way of doing my work. A few things popped in my mind today , some scan analysing of behaviour but they were pop in and I could tell it was not my usual sort of receiving and dealing with this info. thanks for this and I will hope for more longer video from your channel, I am personally very into videos that last 50 mins ++ as I only listen at bed time and when short I don't have the time to relax to get in and its almost finished ! thank you so much for your hardworking , we all appreciate it here ! love from France x

      That is actually incredible . My brain literally got rewired .My way of thinking , feeling the room, talking, explaining ideas were completely different, in a very good way. I felt more real, accurate and elevated. people I know told me that I was different today , in a good way. my interactions have been positive , my outlook on life and appreciation of my surrounding and people were completely different. very interesting.

I had to rewrite my brain because of deep depression and through meditation learned that I could. I was not really a believer in this stuff before I knew I needed it.

    This video worked well for me. I became very still and relaxed and was able to follow along for a while before I obtained sleep. It was great. To add, somewhere along the meditative state or sleep state I became aware of what looked like some magical dust. I ignored it ;however , I later saw a spiritual looking fairy. The wings moved and all. It didn't startle me at first but the second time seeing it did which lead me to do research on fairies. I had always viewed them as something made up to bring entertainment.
    Overall this video was great and has taken me down a path to learn something new.

      Ashley Stovall stop hoping that the suggestions work and just know that they are working. When you hope that infers that there is some ounce of doubt in you that this won’t work. But you have to KNOW. Just believe. Awareness of manifestation is important.

    This is PERFECTION. Great sound, flow amd balance of guide and music. This is a keeper. Right on time for whats going on in my space, my mind and spirit and a GREAT way to get out, get away, refresh and renew and reprogram my mind in a way that is logical, capable and realistic.

    Never been so deep in my dreams in my life. I got scared and woke myself up because It felt so real in my sleep. Each deep breath while I sleep I went deeper. I had dream I was on a water slide and it was so long I wanted to end and when it did me and people at tend couldn’t stop talking about it. Then I started having negative thoughts so I woke myself up. My mind feels so clear rn.

    Mate, I listened to this two days ago and I remember only one 'unwanted' thought : I have to tell my friends about it.. Then yesterday the only 'unwanted' thought I had : I have to post this here, that the only thought I had was ... (see above).
    Kind of funny.
    Further on,... has anyone ever told you're a stand up guy for sharing this very costful (when done in healthclinics,..) material with us, time and time again.

      I agree with your timings, I aim to talk for 30 mins and add on a few minutes of music to reflect on the meditation and always fade the music out slowly so if someone listens they stay asleep if that was the purpose of their seesion.     I use to think hypnosis was all BS but I tried it the last night and it was awesome, I felt like I was asleep but could still hear and got the feeling like I was falling or maybe floating. Could you make a long meditation video for addictions ? This is why i'm here trying to reprogram my mind.

    This helped me pass out quick didn't even listen to half of it before I was a sleep really nice I suffer a recurring mental emotional spiral I'm happy and then something sets me off and I isolate mabey some one knows or has this problem too but when things are good it seems like I'm unstoppable and nothing else matters when life takes a toll on me I start to mess up I start to break down and cry again and I am left alone and sad once more I'm 23 and have no answers to why this happens feels like everything around me just is falling apart and instead of coming closer to happyness I'm drifting further and further comment and leave suggestions if you like this meditation definatley helps

      I dnt quite yet know how to meditate. But I listen to it when ever I sleep or to calm me down . An I just use my mind to visualize an just talk to God an thank him . I'm new to the conscious walk bt it's helping me everyday . I just want to become my best self

    Thank you for this wonderful meditation. I woke in the middle of the night after tossing and turning. It definitely help me sort through some very tough issues and although sleep didn't come, clarity did. I needed that clarity more than anything.

      With insomia do u experience adhd and also do u get more angry and anxtious around people becuase I have a hard time sleeping at night too when I was younger I never slept now that I'm older I feel like I can sleep more but it's still hard

      The only way I can describe it is, having the music there, it all mulches into one and your subconscious kinda taes over. I am thinking about releasing this with voice only, if this comment gets enough likes then I shall.

      Matty Mobbs the music is fine. Try listening to all that frequency for this or that crap with binirial beats etc, gives me a headache..at least this doesn't leave me feeling like a loud truck or whistle has been dounding in my head for hours

    I have read a number of the comments, so it seems that I am the only one that can't hear the audio very clearly, I have to strain to hear what is being said. It's too bad, because I really wanted to listen to the entire session.

    I don't usually comment if I don't like videos, but I have to on this one. I listen to meditations every night and within ten minutes I fall into a peaceful slumber but during the first twenty minutes of listening to this I have mentally and physically woken up feeling sad, worried and stressed. I really don't understand why so much of this meditation needs to focus on trust, anger and hatred feelings. This meditation has awoken some emotions that really didn't need rising .. Especially at midnight. Sorry.. Not for me.

      I get what you are saying and it’s a fine balance to not be reminded that these feelings exist. They are mentioned first and then hopefully overtaken as I get into the more positive emotions. Sometimes we need to clear the trash out of the way to see clearly. I’ve been there myself. Sorry it had that effect on you. This particular meditation is for emotions. The many meditations I do are for sleep and I’m pretty careful not to allow any mention of negative feelings bubble up. Thankyou for commenting, it helps me improve the meditations

      Lyz Shaw maybe you felt this way for a reason, never turn your back from something that could be just what you need just because its uncomfortable. What’s the point in change and growth if your comfortable during the process, I say give it another shot and dig deep look those demons in the face; thank them and bid them farewell. Never let unwanted feelings be able to control or change your emotion your in control of how you feel, and your thoughts are your in fact what causes those feelings; thus meaning it’s not what he’s saying or implying it’s what your subconscious needed to hear him say.

    I have been practising meditation for the last 1yr.bt nothing changed. Now I am listening to meditation music and is also trying yoga. Nothing changed. How can i control my emotions. In others presence I am very tensed. It is ok to talk with someone without looking at his face. I want to get rid of this problem . I do practise so many activities. I fo read books, write poems write articles, listen to music, do watch movies, watch positive videos, play games cooking etc

    Your voice is soothing for a male. Generally prefer a female voice because I've listened to some at night to fall asleep and have felt as though I was listening to serial killers 😂. Thanks for the vid!

    i want to change but i dont remember how emotions feel i only feel them in the moment so its so hard for me to even get through the first part i hate being the quiet person i wanna change and become happy but i think im just stupid because i cant even remember emotions

    Can anyone tell me if it is really necessary to finish the whole thing? I come across alot of these 2-3 hour, guided meditation-videos, but this seems almost insane to me. The longest I've ever meditated in one sitting is 1 hour.. but this..
    How do others feel about this? Are the benefits really worth these hours of meditation or are multiple, shorter sessions also fine? Maybe some tips? All help is welcome! Thank you!

      this video is a sewn up version of different video, look for "mastering" videos on my channel. These long videos can help whilst asleep as the subconscious will listen as you sleep.
