I found myself in space when I was sick in the physcward hospital being diagnosed with bi polar due to being raped by my grandpa for 10 years when I was young. I saw myself sitting on the bed smiling knowing somehow that everything is going to be okay and that I will be happy every second of everyday no matter what I went through... somehow I knew that 5 years ago and I realized I travelled in time to let myself know those feelings and everything is okay in the future I had this gut feeling and accomplished so many goals between then and now and I have been off my medication by faith and by myself.. Moral of the story is I saw myself 5 years ago on another planet wanting to commit suicide I gave myself a big hug saying life will be easier since you went through hell, amazing moment I had with my true inner being and my true soul Now I created a non profit called turning leaf which helps kids learn about mental health and how to deal with it at a young age I’m so blessed 🙏🏼

I fell asleep. I was listening to this at 11 maybe got through 10 minutes then feel asleep, i woke up at 2 am with the vid on 48 min. But am i the only one with uneven steps. Like i woke up again at 8 tried to walk and it was un even and im dizzy
I have covid right now and I've just come out of hospital. I'm still really bad, can't talk or walk so this is really helping me breathe. I've got shortness of breathe, this is saving me. I've been struggling every night to sleep as I needed oxygen. I still have no idea when this will leave my body. Thank you for making a beautiful video its really helping me get thru. As a spiritually-based therapist and “hypnotherapist” I understand that the best way to help people take information in, is when their brains are in alpha, theta , or even Delta states. A few more sleep meditations with this sort of cosmic content would be amazing. I look all over RUclips for this sort of content, and I have not found a MedItation as powerful as this one in a very very long time. Years. Don’t worry so much that people might be “afraid“ of where you take them in meditation or Hypnosis. Most people are far from afraid once they reach deeper brainwave states. There’s really not a need to repeat “don’t be afraid“ more than once, as folks know that it is a medItation - and even in deep states of trance, do not forget. Thanks for all you do! Wow wow. Thank you for taking me through this wonderful journey. Some part of my ride was scary but I wasn't scared to go through them. I saw myself going through tunnels high ways, mountains and forests. In one of the mountain I saw my late grandfather. He held my hand and brought me back to the meeting place where we all met to come back to mother earth. It was emotional for my grandfather and I. I didn't want him to leave but he said to me baby you have so much to accomplish on earth, so you can't stay with me.😢 He watched me took off back to my planet. I really love my grandfather and his death took something from me, but tonight I got a closure. He said to me "you are the strongest being I know, so go and get all that which belongs to you." I saw a guy braking into my house. I called the police and he was arrested. I discovered that I was never really scared because I swapped out any blockage that was in my way. This was a memorable experience and I will never forget it. I am going to use this every night because I know there is more to discover about myself. I'm so happy I went on this journey. ☺

Yellow clouds in continue motion with shapeless forms running through black space. Then, the clouds turned into spheres back and forth again and again... then, I had the feeling that I was on one of the spheres and that I saw clouds that turned into spheres again, like a repetitive movement... I felt wonderful, full of energy and relaxed at the same time. Simply, wonderful! Thank you for the beautiful work ...it worked!

As a spiritually-based therapist and “hypnotherapist” I understand that the best way to help people take information in, is when their brains are in alpha, theta , or even Delta states.
A few more sleep meditations with this sort of cosmic content would be amazing. I look all over RUclips for this sort of content, and I have not found a MedItation as powerful as this one in a very very long time. Years.
Don’t worry so much that people might be “afraid“ of where you take them in meditation or Hypnosis. Most people are far from afraid once they reach deeper brainwave states. There’s really not a need to repeat “don’t be afraid“ more than once, as folks know that it is a medItation - and even in deep states of trance, do not forget.

Wow wow. Thank you for taking me through this wonderful journey. Some part of my ride was scary but I wasn't scared to go through them. I saw myself going through tunnels high ways, mountains and forests. In one of the mountain I saw my late grandfather. He held my hand and brought me back to the meeting place where we all met to come back to mother earth. It was emotional for my grandfather and I. I didn't want him to leave but he said to me baby you have so much to accomplish on earth, so you can't stay with me.😢 He watched me took off back to my planet. I really love my grandfather and his death took something from me, but tonight I got a closure. He said to me "you are the strongest being I know, so go and get all that which belongs to you." I saw a guy braking into my house. I called the police and he was arrested. I discovered that I was never really scared because I swapped out any blockage that was in my way. This was a memorable experience and I will never forget it. I am going to use this every night because I know there is more to discover about myself. I'm so happy I went on this journey. ☺

Honestly when the most is going on in your life is when you need outlets like meditation or sports the most. But this is also a really really well made meditation probably ones of my favorites so far might do the entire things next time

Yep that sounds about right😄 same thing happened to me the first time I meditated back in 2019
Yellow clouds in continue motion with shapeless forms running through black space. Then, the clouds turned into spheres back and forth again and again... then, I had the feeling that I was on one of the spheres and that I saw clouds that turned into spheres again, like a repetitive movement... I felt wonderful, full of energy and relaxed at the same time.

Me too! 😭😭 been on antipsychotics and the strongest sleeping tablets since I was sectioned for believing in all this.. 5 years ago at the young age of 21 😭 I'm so grateful to get this far .. I feel like I'm nearly home.. something I've been praying for .. for YEARS 😭I've always been really scared of it all because the devil has terrorised me throughout my journey.. This power seems like it's doing its job AND IM SO GREATFUL 😭😭😭
