If you do it at home, you won’t need it anymore! The home made wonderbread is a leavened easy to make, soft, fragrant and very versatile!
Perfect for breakfasts and snacks, to be toasted with butter and jam, or stuffed with bacon or ham. Very useful even when we missed the bread!
The satisfaction when you taste it and feel how soft and tasty it is will repay you for the work done! This time we prepared it with flour 0, but we also tried it with flour type 1 and it came delicious.
If you want to try it with a whole wheat flour, you will probably have to be a little more generous with liquids.
