    Making bread with whole wheat flour requires simple ingredients and a specific recipe. Here is a simple recipe for making bread with whole wheat flour:
    Ingredients :
    Whole wheat flour: 3 1/2 cups (about 450 grams)
    Warm water: 1 1/4 cups (about 300 milliliters)
    Dry yeast: 2 1/4 teaspoons (one packet)
    Honey or sugar: 2 tablespoons
    Olive oil or any other vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
    Salt: 2 teaspoons
    Instructions :
    1. Activating the yeast:
    In a small bowl, mix warm water (not hot) with honey or sugar.
    Add the dry yeast to the water and honey mixture and stir well.
    Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until the yeast is activated and bubbly.
    2. Mixing the ingredients:
    In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and salt.
    Add the activated yeast mixture to the bowl.
    Add the olive oil and start mixing until the dough comes together.
    3. Kneading the dough:
    Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead for about 10 minutes until the dough is soft and smooth.
    If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour, but not too much to avoid drying out the dough.
    4. Letting the dough rise:
    Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl.
    Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit in a warm, draft-free place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until the dough has doubled in size.
    5. Shaping the bread:
    After resting, gently press the dough to release the excess air.

    6. Second rise:
    Let the shaped dough rest for another 30 minutes.
    7. Baking the bread:
    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    Place the bread in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes until the surface is golden and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
    8. Cooling the bread:
    After baking, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
