I live in Leesburg, Florida and I bake lots of bread. I baked 70 loaves of bread as a fundraiser last spring and it was successful I am the daughter of a bread baker who learned his trade as an apprentice in Germany. My husband saw your video and showed it to me because he likes soft white bread. I will definitely try this tomorrow .Gute Nacht

The difference between store bought, factory
    made bread, and
    hand made bread,
    is that this bread
is alive with your energy. As a bread
    baker for 40 years,
you nailed it ! When people make this bread, they will taste the difference. The WOW factor !!! Keep on making your own food. There's nothing quite like it... I am from Jupiter, Florida.

I am a firm believer of "mise en place". A lot of time is saved in the actual preparation of the dish. One need not necessarily have all ingredients measured out, so one may just have the salt or sugar out, and then apply the "pinch" of this, and a "dash" of that, to the heart's content. Or maybe just a touch more.

It is a figure of speech meaning it takes a short period to make it. To shorten the baking time you might even consider setting your oven to 220 degree and bake it for twenty minutes with the same results, thus saving you ten minutes of your precious time.

Mexiam com a mão aquela mistura e por fim iam juntando a farinha até perfazer a "bola" para levedar...

I noticed your cute apron was that Barbie gingham pink (from the movie). 🥰 You are very good at making bread! You make it look easy. I’ve made it for decades but depending on the humidity, it can be tricky getting the consistency correct. Great job!

It is a figure of speech meaning it takes a short period to make it. To shorten the baking time you might even consider setting your oven to 220 degree Centigrade and bake it for twenty minutes with the same results, thus saving you ten minutes of your precious time.

Your recipe sounds like it would be fairly easy to make and since there isn’t a lot of kneading involved, I think it might be easier for me to make so I’m going to try it tomorrow morning. I’m from a small town in southern Arizona in the United States of America. Looking forward to seeing more of your recipes. Thank you!

A receita é bem leve por não levar leite nem ovos. A massa fica muito grudenta e melecada, depois de separar as duas partes fica bem bonita. Assado é leve e macio! ❤❤❤

      I Know, right! -
Also, sifing is no longer needed this days as that was done back in the days when boweevils were found in flour and had to be sifted so you would not bake bread with boweevils
It is the "OIL" & "Vinegar" that makes the bread soft/supersoft.

Without the rise & cook times I guess it takes 5 minutes 😁 but your video was so relaxing to watch and bread looks amazing! My mom used to make homemade bread when I was a teenager (59 years old now) and I still remember how good it smelled and how yummy it tasted out of the oven and cooled down a bit and melted butter on that first slice. Mmmm great memory ❤. Thanks for sharing. I love the olive oil addition ❤😋❤👌

Loved watching you make this bread, will try it on the weekend. I hope all those people who bake and cook with long painted fingernails and jewellery have gotten a very good eye opening experience of what a true baker or cook's hands and nails should look like, as well a clean work area. Thank you, Dankie 💖tot later.
