- Hello everyone! Today I baked delicious bread. Fast and easy. I love baking bread in the oven. My grandmother taught me how to bake homemade bread. German recipe. White bread is easy to prepare. I don't buy bread anymore. I bake my own bread. You will love my fresh recipes. How do you make bread? I bake simple recipes. My grandmother baked rustic bread this way. And today I'm going to show you 3 homemade bread recipes. German bread. I love homemade cakes. And I bake fresh bread every day. Practical recipes. Bake homemade bread. This recipe is 100 years old! Helga is cooking. How to cook? top 3 recipes.
Country bread recipe:
450 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
1 teaspoon dry yeast.
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Bake at 230°C (446°F) for 20 minutes.
Moisten the bread with water.
Bake at 200-210°C (400-410°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Bon appetit!
Country bread recipe:
250 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
5 grams of dry yeast.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
400-450 grams of flour.
1 tablespoon salt.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 40 minutes.
The bread is very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

White bread recipe:
125 ml warm water.
11 grams of dry yeast.
1 tablespoon sugar.
550 ml warm water.
60 ml sunflower oil.
1100g flour.
2 teaspoons salt.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.

I’m from Minnesota. I make the same bread only a little different way of baking. During that last 30 min rise it’s been taken out and added back to the bowl that’s now oiled up the sides and bottom. I’m heating a cast iron casserole with the lid on in the oven as it heats to 450 degrees. Once it’s risen I roll the loaf into the hot pot, bake for 20 min lid on. Then another 10 or so off. Beautiful every time. I use my pot to store the bread too, which makes it soft. Gotta watch out for the hot pot while doing this! And it won’t last too long storing this way before growing mold, but I have no problem eating it all before that happens! Best fresh.

well today you took me back to my Gama's house in the summertime , she lived in rural texas 2 hours west of Fort Worth . They had no running watewr or electricity back then mid 1960's she had a large potbellied stove where she made the best bread and cake using that woodburning stove and she worked just like you but her hands didbt look soft as yours but felt that soft as yours when she pull my hair off my face Thank You for taking me back to my childhood I am 67 and cooked and baked my whole life this afternoon is priceless to me and I want to thank You for for sharing you love of baking it shows . You have an admirer for life I will try to find a German word that expresses how your skills are appreciated. Thank You once again.
