sir, RNase III is endonuclease so how can it cleave from ends (sides)??
Thank you dude
Great, practice a bit on process flow fluency avoiding corrections and hesitations you have mastery over the subject
very helpful 😊
Thank you sir.Your videos help me a lot😊

Very nice
Can anyone explain what is the difference between Dicer and Drosha (also Slicer/Pasha)?
Amazing explanation 👏🏻
Thank you
Bigger thanks for you
Gad bless you 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
very nice
doesn't the helicase come into play in mi RNA processing?? pls specify as I'm having doubt
Cloud you please do videos on MLS 4550 Clinical Immunohematology?
fabulous sir
+Arpan Chakrabarty you're welcome
Very nice presentation

Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
thank you for your trainer videos. I want to shoot video about siRNA designing on a specific example
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures
very clear
Thank you
bro you say that in miRNA after forming RISC there are two domains one is paz that attach with single stranded mRNA & another is pivi domain have RNase activity..OK in all type of so,sh,mi RNA strands are unwinds by helicase?? are some factors involved??
Sir whether the double stranded rna is produced from the target sequence and it will cleave the same target mrna
In your RNAi video you mentioned Argonaut to be RNAse type 3 but here you said Argonaut is RNAse H type. So which one is correct?
Sir, can u tell me if this can work in acellular organisms
sir most of the plant viruses are single standed so what is the use of rna silencing in case of plant-virus system
Which strand remained attached to the RISC complex if it would of been the antisense one then and only then we get an inhibition effect of target mRNA.. what if that strand is a sense strand.. then the whole process will be futile?.. plz answer the query.. it was a helpful video though..
what about the guide rna strand?? after cleaving the target rna strand what happens to the guide rna
should it actually be that coding and non-coding strand of DNA is being transcribed, so RNA can base pair not transcription of RNA?
Sir...If Dicer has endonuclease activity then why is it chopping off the siRNA from the sides as 9:30?
Please explain it Sir.
Thank you.
Thank you very much, you are amazing. I have been following your tutorials for a long time. But in this video I think there is a mistake, you said RISC is constructed of slicer and Argonaut, this is a mistake because the slicer is Argonaut, but other parts are components like GW182.
Hi Suman sir...I feel the extreme joy of learning while watching your videos....Can you please make a video on RNA i antagonist process .....how the plant viruses suppress the RNA i ....
Thank you. I will do that in a separate video
Thank you sir....your efforts are much appreciated...
have u cleared net jrf but very nicely and intelligently done
Sir does dsrna produce when the plant get infected with virus or its present already bin plant???
nice!
Thank you
my overseas professor of all time
Thank you
What are the intranuclear processing of a ds rna before leaving the nucleus??
very useful thnks
+sau Kamble you're welcome
☺
9.23 endonuclease...how??dicer is cutting from the end...then how?
RNase III is a endonuclease enzyme and how it able to cut in the sides or in the end of the strands ?????
How double stranded Rna is introduced
Once I had dumped this rna interference part coz it was so hard..but now I understood everything and its easy..thanku so much sir..u are really awesome.
You're welcome. Glad to hear that you're getting benefit from my lectures. Please subscribe and share
No doubt great teacher you are😊..but plz make it clear that..only siRNA need NPC complex for its transportation (from nucleus to cytoplasm) or miRNA and shRNA also need????
What will happen to the passenger strand? whether its get degraded or not?
Sir, which books are u referred ? Plz tell me sir....it will help for my research work
Many thanks for the video. Very informative as usual. However, if I'm not wrong, there is a mistake. In the RNAi introductory video, you say Dicer is RNase H, but you say Argonaut is RNase H in this video.
RISC , (RNA induce silencing complex) not RNA interfering silencing complex
Yes. Thanks for the correction.
Yes...u r correct...its RNA induced silencing complex...👍
How we send DS RNA into plant
dicer(RNase III) cleave ds RNA in pre mi RNA in cytoplasm and drasha cleave mi RNA in pri mi RNA form..
Amazing explanation about interference mechanism thanks sir
This method use in Corona disease ??????
One requesting for make pi or Piwi rna
If so rna block the expression of m-RNA then how normal translational takes place
After cleaving the mRNA , whats the fate of guide strand further??
