    bro you say that in miRNA after forming RISC there are two domains one is paz that attach with single stranded mRNA & another is pivi domain have RNase activity..OK in all type of so,sh,mi RNA strands are unwinds by helicase?? are some factors involved??

    Which strand remained attached to the RISC complex if it would of been the antisense one then and only then we get an inhibition effect of target mRNA.. what if that strand is a sense strand.. then the whole process will be futile?.. plz answer the query.. it was a helpful video though..

    should it actually be that coding and non-coding strand of DNA is being transcribed, so RNA can base pair not transcription of RNA?

    Sir...If Dicer has endonuclease activity then why is it chopping off the siRNA from the sides as 9:30?

    Thank you very much, you are amazing. I have been following your tutorials for a long time. But in this video I think there is a mistake, you said RISC is constructed of slicer and Argonaut, this is a mistake because the slicer is Argonaut, but other parts are components like GW182.

    Many thanks for the video. Very informative as usual. However, if I'm not wrong, there is a mistake. In the RNAi introductory video, you say Dicer is RNase H, but you say Argonaut is RNase H in this video.
