Agreed with what most people here suggested, the narrator should speak a bit clearer and louder. But the content itself is very excellent. Thank you very much!
Noteworthy: 100% homologous complementarity between the passenger miRISC* and target mRNA will result in endonuclease activity and mRNA cleavage, whereas asymmetrical RISC assembly with partial match will result in translational repression of mature mRNA.
Beautiful animation, but in a completely silent room with my computer volume up to max, I can still only hear and make out 2/3 words that the narrator is saying. I unfortunately won't be able to show it to my AP Biology class with any great success. The narrator needs to speak louder into the microphone (and perhaps a bit slower, but the clarity will probably be helped if the volume of the video sound is increased.
+violinsheets Last year I had students curious about siRNA and miRNA as they were mentioned in their AP Biology textbook. This would have been appropriate to help explain that section of their text for interested students. You're correct, though, in that it's not a standard focus point of the AP Biology curriculum. I don't think I have to be "high" to want to offer a little more detail for students who REQUEST IT and who will be entering into selective premed programs next year.
Deanna Schnepp I was going to say... I thought you were making them memorize the proteins and complexes. Some of these things were only recently discovered like 10 years ago
spent so much time learning and memorising this whole procedure and NONE OF IT CAME UP IN MY EXAM TODAY! that is annoying, i had it down so fuckin well
This is actually very very good. If you don't understand it i recommend watching the simpler more basic videos on mi and siRNA's first. Then this will make more sense :)
the video is very nice but the voice of the demonstrator is not very clear, i guess its the accent, so it makes non-native speaker like me hard to listen to! If you can choose a person with a better voice, it would be a very good and clear video.
The narrator accent should be appropriate with this very nice video. Every body does not alway catch the voices. So please the voices of narrator should be clearer so easy to hear, if it intends to share this for learning or education. Anyway,Thanks.

Turn on the captioning. It's essential when there are dense jargon being thrown around.
Thanks prof. Snape! I totally get it now!
Nice animation and excellent explanation. For those who is getting problem with sound I suggest to use headphones, it is quite a clear sound.
great review and animation. Need to have a basic knowledge of miRNAs and siRNAs to be able to fully appreciate this.
The accent might make it hard to grasp the informations, but to the video has an excellent quality. Thank you very much.

THanks!
Awesome information! Broken down in detail and animation is great! I just could not understand the narrator from time to time!
I can't understand...if the voice was clear it could be more interesting..!
Narrators voice is not easy tun understand at times. Audio could be reworked for actual academic use.

+violinsheets memorising all these would be a bit harsh yeh
BigManJay69 welp I had to do it for my molecular biology course I was taking. so glad that torture is over

i like this video! it solved my problem perfectly! open the subtitles would be helpful.
how the fuck am I supposed to remember all this

very informative but why does his voice sound like Kevin Malone from The Office
this actually helped loads, thanks so much :)
beautiful video!
This is awesomme
Love the animational, beautiful!
The narrator is not speaking clearly enough and he is like he is whispering.

TOTALLY agree!!!
ps. and there are thousands of possibilities of different multible underfunctions include a proteine changer
good video but too quiet......
Thank you very much!!!
Thank you infinitely for it.
almost forgot to watch this today
Inbuilding of a rso gain complex of a cannabinoid structure will change everything....think about it ;-)
thanks sir......
i can hear him clearly and im sitting in a library
The narrator sounds like Greg Davies...
thank you!
peanut butter mouth
People complaining about the voice but it seems perfectly clear to me and my Spanish friend.
