Statistically, getting all the bumps 1st try on easy is something like 1 in 150. So not thaaat rare really. I only did this because it took zero practice and zero skill, just get lucky.
On further investigation, it's caused by alt-tabbing during the camera pan. No idea why that scuffs the camera, but this is the scuffed 2003 version afterall.
