I really want to see the pile of spent brass after this.

I wanna see all the damn bullet that’s are in the ground lol
just think "hot shots moment" :-D
Amen, show us the brass pile :)

Oh so this is why I can’t buy ammo for my glock this month...
Blacksmith8rock straight facts
😂
No you can't buy ammo for your glock this month because you didn't think to buy when it was more plentiful. Had you bought then, you'd have ammo now.
itdoesn't makeSense that was posted 4 months ago smart ass 🙃

Well he is an "Iraq veteran"👀
Meltdown 12gauge?
Edit: this is a serious suggestion.
I just bought an omega arms AR-12, I would love to see one melted down!
Probably would be their most expensive meltdown if the gun broke down.. but i still wanna see it 😈
2 years ago I bought a Typhoon F-12, this was like a $1400 purchase where I'm from. It runs like a dream and mitigates recoil like no other shotgun I have fooled around with.

That would be great! Hopefully iv8888 sees this and does it

Yes, and like someone else wrote, some kind of soft target down range on a split screen

Eric, dude PLEASE, shoot at a 12" steel gong on the meltdowns!!!! I'LL BUY IT AND SEND IT TO YOU. Show the steel on one of the corner cameras and see how many rounds an ar500 steel gong can take over time. It's such a WASTE to just shoot into the ground!!!!!!!!!
Maybe with 9mm but with 556 this is a huge no no.
It would take every 9mm out there
9mm will never kill ar500
Liam McCarthy false.
@JonesI'm speaking in context of this video. at a distance he could hit reliably in full auto, it would be unsafe. You can buy specific ammo but that would reduce danger but I'm sure they are shooting cheapest bulk ammo for meltdowns. I'm not saying you can't shoot steel with 556 im saying you wouldn't shoot it for a meltdown.

Eric's reaction time to get the live round out of a hot ass chamber is pretty damn amazing
25:15 when the magazine was empty, a shell casing stayed in the chamber and it only fell out because he tilted the gun while picking up another mag.
Funk not the only one who saw that I see.
It would fell out of the mag well I think.

He hath used a word of curse!
@@timelessgamer883 Meh, keep the muzzle downrange to where the bullets will hit the backstop. Personally I think he should demonstrate that in the meltdown videos for the new people to see. Its not easily demonstrated but worth teaching if you have the ability.
Explain and let a round chamber on a really hot gun and hold it safely downrange.
Now a round slightly out of battery cooking off, thats a little different!
@@mytmousemalibu you have a point about the pointing down range and other basic safety protocol but what I was meaning was out of battery detonation, like you mentioned, which was possible at that point

Kentucky ballistics has a awesome video of that
@@zombierider85motovlogs36 No he dose not, he has a video of it exploding while he shoots it. No meltdowns.
Ian and Karl at inrangeTV/Forgotten Weapons finally convinced me that ARs are better off without Forward Assists. And I guess this is a good example of a reason why it can be more harm than help!
When you shoot 1000 times more full auto in 45 minutes than 99% of people will shoot in their whole lives
God bless america 🇺🇸
Godddddddddd bless Americaaaaaaaaaaa EVERYONE HAS A GUUUUUUUUUUN YOU COULD BE SHOTTTTTTTT
@Dill Rogerz What? :)
@Dill Rogerz lol idk?
I wouldn't say 99% of people, I'd say closer to 90% cause there are 10% of use that shoot a good bit. Will admit I've never shot 7k in one day, but I've cleared 500 rounds max in a single day. But I also dont have any full-autos to burn ammo like that.
What if a gun rifle can shoot out more then a million ammo without over heats? That's the world record but no rifle can get that much.
One thing I took away from this, I dont have enough magazines for my firearms!!
'enough' is never really enough though lol
I love the way he freaks out every time it has a stoppage. I understand getting the mag out and clearing the weapon so it doesn't cook off...it's just funny to watch the ohshit moment unfold. Like he's afraid of it.
And all of the stoppages where it never got a round off was because he slammed the mag into it and you can see the first round pop up.
Yup. It also didnt help when he was fiddling with the first round with his finger. He could habe easily just angled the rifle slightly left when loading the mag and see the angle of the round.
This is why pistol mags ARE FOR PISTOLS!
If you’ve ever had a catastrophic failure you’d understand the sense of urgency.
@@Dr.Ballsonya I've had several issues...from squib rounds to belt fed
runaways. The key to not getting hurt is keeping your cool. Have YOU ever tried to break a belt with one hand while trying to keep control of the weapon?
@@uniformguy751151 never have. But I reload so I understand the feeling of oh shit something isnt right.

I want to see you guys do this with a CMMG Banshee 9mm!
Me too. I have two and want to know what fails first.
At night I play this video on continues loop to help me sleep. 😴
The bolt doesn’t even have the grooves for the forward assist to interact with.
With that bolt the forward assist would not even function to begin with, just for decoration at that point.
Its a conversion that uses a standard AR upper.
spiritof78 the lower is, the upper is from stern. They used a standard A4 receiver. I’m saying the forward assist would do nothing right out of the box, even before breaking.
My grizzly lar upper doesnt have one.
Most if not all AR9 uppers and bolts don't need a forward assist since there is no locking-lug mechanism and separate bolt if they're blow-back operated. That's why many AR9 builds or complete uppers/rifles use a 'sporter' or 'slick side' type upper receiver with no forward assist. Some manufacturers make them out of standard mil spec upper receivers though, and they have the forward assist, which as you pointed out does nothing. So I guess it depends on what a manufacturer/company keeps on hand.
I have an opinion. Stern probably adapted a typical AR upper to the PCC configuration. Typical for them probably includes the forward assist device. Granted, it isn't functional in this configuration, but if it was converted to a typical AR caliber (.223/5.56mm), the device would be functional, but, as we know, virtually unnecessary.
9 min in, finally, “SHES RUNNIN BOYS AND GIRLS!!!” Love it!!!
I think there is a new horror movie character here where the “Jason” character never runs out of ammo, the only way to defeat him is to dodge his fire until the gun fails.
The Hippie Gunner well i hope Jason is armed with an Anderson
His only weakness is soft magazine springs
A never ending belt fed 9mm PCC!!! HAHAHAHA PURE AWESOMENESS!!!
This makes me feel very warm and toasty about my Stern mag conversion for the Bear Creek 9mm upper I just bought, I can't possibly bump fire too many bullets out of that sucker from the looks of it.
If you go to about 15 minutes and keep an eye on the muzzle device you can see as it unscrews slowly if you not the notch changing position. Great control on Eric's part. Watching the muzzle against the tree in the background the muzzle stays pretty level while the stock slides up the vest during the burst. I'm mainly interested in the mag adapter. So seeing Eric pulling hard back on the mag as a grip and things running well is a good testament. The upper is pretty badass too.
