Misha, those extension points are actually for the chassis mounting brackets as this is a genuine m3/4cs lip. I know as I bought the full kit and retrofitted to my m4 comp
Correct me if i'm wrong, but should the harnesses not be mounted either on the cage or on a bar higher up towards shoulder level of the occupants? To prevent spinal compression in an accident.
This from a Gts owner, I love the lip you got. Will look into it in case something happens to mine. Thanks for the link. So far so good though after almost four years... I love your videos. Keep it up! Like someone else said: 500,000 subscribers in 2021!
I see the safety harnesses in the M4 cross over each other before they go through the gaps in the seats. What's the benefit in doing that over having them straight through? Just curious :)
This is good content so more of the same is of interest. Surely adding a simple rubber lip extension on the M4 when on rental duties would avoid a few annoying knocks? The revised cage and interior tidy up will finish the car off nicely. Thank you.
would love to see a more detailed video on the new cage and the clubsport interior, or any kind of modification. I am building my own car and I love seeing how others have solved a problem to validate or improve on what I do. I also liked the explanation on the reasoning behind choosing the new lip, the best part for the job does not necessarily needs to be the most expensive. So videos on how you prep the cars could be great content for the off-season.
In my opinion the front lip looks really good, it looks like it belongs on there. I understand why the old one was removed though, since it was so expensive. Bit tough to tell a customer that they need to pay for a 4k splitter when they accidentely hit it in a parking lot or something. Btw, really like these types of videos, especially the more detailed and in depth videos👍
Misha, are you gonna make the exterior of the m4 clean body or will you put some front intakes and vents, an engine hood scoop, extended front splitter (but should be appropriate lengthwise not too long or short), and side air intakes etc ?
Hi Misha & George.. WOO HOO the Beema M4 is lookin Cool with new aero front lip..I Like it !👍😎👍 LoL.. love the joking & humorous banter driving the Van. YUMMY lookin burgers & Fries too! 😋😍😋 LOVE Ya Work bro's Godbless hava great weekend 🙂
Allow me to get off topic for a moment lol, I'm concerned about the diesel Golfs you guys are getting, and i can't sit without asking about how you maintain them, i just got a 2.0tdi caddy, and the first thing i started with is clutch cracking noise, did some research and i found that it's a common thing on these vehicles, and quite expensive to repair (relatively to where im from). Tbh im already thinking of selling it, and go back to a normal petrol 4cyl car. Ps: i don't know the proper name of the part making noise, but in french we call it 'débrayable'. Edit : after some research. I belive it's called dmf Dual Mass Flywheel
@@vipecrx yeah, vw is expensive to repair every where, same as all german cars. But i still think it's more expensive here, it can cost you a monthly salary.
Everything is expensive on that car when you look at it and people need to be careful. But to answer your question: only once we charged a customer for repainting the splitter because it was absolutely destroyed together with the bumper. Other cases we didn't say anything about it.
Misha u can kinda see why people call the police on u guys you are driving around the carpark at night in a white van taking pictures of nice cars =)) from the outside u guys loocked like thouse guys on mopads in London :)

Isn‘t the M5 Touring from the owner of CFD?
What exhaust do you run on the M4 Misha?? Greta videos 🎉
George really fits in on this channel and the Apex crew generally, love the dedication from you guys!
Agree they are all good guys and Girls. :)
Really enjoying these weekend morning uploads, thanks!

Burgers an BMWs, sounds like a good day!
George is my spirit animal.
I’m enjoying these regular updates about the day to day running of the business and the modifications to the fleet.
Keep up the great work 👍
90% of the internet: Form over function for the Gram.
Apex: All the function, damn sexy form.
Love it.
I felt a little difference in my M4 without the lip and big rear spoiler but nothing too crazy
Merry Xmas, and a safe and healthy 2021 from Scotland 🏴
Merry xmas
The pro track wheels look so awesome, you make me want to put them on my mk7 Golf R!

Yes - keep it coming. Thx!
Good morning Misha!
Wow that new CF front lip/ splitter is super sexy! CF Dynamics is definitely Tier 1 quality.
Thank you for all the content!!!

What should be the no.1 upgrade on the stock F8x competition in order to hit the track?
Good interesting content seeing what goes on behind the scenes.
Best to all for 2021.
Thanks, guys. :)
The GTS lip was very cool but the reasons are understanable. This lip doesn't look bad either. I like it. Great bants with the lads.

Unfortunately not

I recognized that M5 wagon instantly lol
Sick car and build! Paint the new cage white to match the exterior!
Will probably do so!
I hope I will test this new spliter next season 👌
Stahlus is insane, im so Happy with my Cage aswell.
Looks great !
Enjoyed it Misha 👌😉
Is de Duitse post zo onbetrouwbaar geworden dat de frontlip zelf ophalen met 3 personen goedkoper is?
Love seeing this kind of content. Burgers looked quite nice too!
That rs6 wagon though. 🤤

Hope you had a great Christmas Misha !
What can you say about the MoS2 additive in the M3/M4 oil?
Yes! Addiction fueled.
You will use the Polend Verkline company to build Cupra?
The racing regulations don't allow it.

What advantage does it being made out of carbon give aside from weight?
And looks. Otherwise nothing.
Hello Comrades .... I LOVE this kind of content ... keep it coming fellas .

Loved the look of those burgers 🍔. Thinking of doing a lip on my gtd. Look forwards to see if it makes a difference to the car.
Excellent, a video in Boxing Day.
Those looked like some tasty burgers!

Wouldn't a plastic one do just as well but be much cheaper to replace?
Yes, but let's see if it works for now
2:00 reminds me of a time when i took 4 of 21 inch rims from Croatia to Serbia and they didnt even check my trunk 😂
PS.. LOVE the M4's lowered stance. Shes a Mean Machine
👍👍😎👍👍
Can you please give details of the Kinematics kit. Also please explain what the kit is designed to achieve
What material are you going to use to make the rear seat panels from, doing same to my E92 M3 so need ideas? Used thin ply on a previous E46 M3.
That's up to George. May be OEM.
Misha can George put a link for the brake duct brake plates. Many thanks
Hello Carousel - goodbye carbon lip ;)
Those burgers look proper yummy!
This one looking very cool!
Guys I'm loving the M4 content ! More!
I like how it looks subtle, but it help completed the bumper's looks... I always dislike how the M3/M4 stock bumper looks empty on the bottom.
Looks good. Need to see brake cooling now please.
What is the price difference between the one you just installed and the stock BMW part?
www.cf-dynamics.de/autotecknic-carbon-competition-frontlippe-fuer-f80-m3-f82-f83-m4.html
About 3000€
A lenor bottle is the best for those times when you need to piss on the go
Great insight. May I ask what brand are those brake duct brackets?
We wouldn't know. We got it from Schirmer. Could be own fab.
👍💪👌
excited for the M2 content. :D
Can tell that rear bumper has been swapped with that slightly off paint color
Misha, are you gonna make the exterior of the m4 clean body or will you put some front intakes and vents, an engine hood scoop, extended front splitter (but should be appropriate lengthwise not too long or short), and side air intakes etc ?
This is Nürburgring, not McDonald's/Need For Speed/Fast&Furious ;)
@@mgcharoudin so I guess clean body for better aero right ? 😂🤣
huh, did not kow you were in town, cool cool
:-P
When is George going to pop through the barn window again
Asking the real questions
Wouldn't having the rear of the car sit slightly higher than the front create more downforce?
Barely noticable in downforce, but in negative handling.
Very sexy and very inconspicuous splitter.
Good job George and you Misha 🥳🎉👊
I have half a mind to send you a front roundel for your M2. That is unacceptable weight savings lol

Where in the francophone world are you that a vw diesel maintenance is expensive?
@@vipecrx not a francophone myself, but all the mechanics are, Algeria, Nor Africa

Is it really worth going "clubsport" for a rental?
What is wrong with the wiechers half Cage?
From that perspective it's not worth it. Yet we always want to offer the best out there. Sometimes that desire goes a bit too far.
@@mgcharoudin I was just using the same logic as used about the bodywork and boot space. Was there something wrong with the wiechers cage?

Needs the carbon fiber hood of Alibaba.
Put a sticker on splitter saying "Don't Crash Me"
suggestion : wood extension like real racecar

Does George have his own instagram etc? Interested to speak to him about moving to Germany to work.
