I might not have the highest budget, the best software, the best hardware or gear or a large team of professionals. But I have a creative spirit that burns with passion and I will make a film to the best of my skills.

Q: How many people can be in a live action film and how are the prizes distributed among them?
Is it ok to use models from Battlefront 2? E.g could I use Stormtroopers/Kylo Ren/Chewbacca etc in an animated film?
Q: does it have to be a complete story, or could it be a teaser/trailer style?

@@Flint_Inferno There's no limit to how many people can work on it, and the prize distribution will be up to the team representative/leader
Imagine having Disney as a sponsor and they would allow the best film to be canon. 😳😬🤩

The motion suit is so far above the other prizes it's ridiculous lol its like a t-shirt for every category and a Lamborghini for best animated short
Yh but it’s for best animated overall, and you don’t need a motion suit for a live action film
The competition was originally gonna be animated only, but I wanted to open it up to live action as well.

I have no clue what Im doing, I only know how to write (Not really). But Im willing to give it a shot!
do you have to choose a specific section or can you make a shortfilm/choriagraphy fight scene?
Realizing how much content that is about to be released that will be better than Disney 🤯.
Just a quick couple of questions. According to the FAQ page, it says the film can't be R rated. However, can it contain gore, like blood or limbs getting dismembered or hands getting cut off? Secondly, can the film contain a few personally designed/created Star Wars characters that no one knows about and don't officially belong in the official story or Star Wars universe?
Cinematic captures- can the animated section be LEGO? Or does it have to be computer animated?

Question: How are they categorized via Live Action vs Animated? If say it's live action but is mixed with Unreal Engine Virtual Production elements. Does Animated need to be fully animated or risk being considered Live Action if any live action elements are used?
Question: is Star Wars: The Clone Wars Tribute - EP: "Order 66 Theme - Epic Version" copyrighted? I posted a test video and it didn't get copyright claimed, so I just wanted to make sure it's clear to go.
I’m gonna particpate. I’ll try doing what I can. I have holidays till August 28th and use the time for animating. It may not be much, but it’ll be an honor participating in a RUclipsr’s competition. I made a script on a rough sheet of paper and I started working on the movie yesterday.
