You could tell those "Droids" are actual Clones straight away. Not because you could see the plot from a mile away, but because thyve been animated so well that there is no way a droid could move as fluid as that.
Outstanding
Plus there's no way a commando droid would drop after a single shot to the center of the chest, that's a heart shot, nothing there in a droid's body that would stop it from being able to shoot a blaster.

This is insane. You just added a whole new side to the clone wars.
You should read the republic commando books, it's full of this stuff. Too bad the SW fandom is so shit that they sent death threats to the author until they stopped.

@@Daniel-ll2cl yea but it’s more like Rebels striped piss of shit for kids. I think we need same thing like last season of clon wars. The republic commando show should by very dark. It should show us operations just like this

The ruthless efficiency of a Clone Commando squad is captured so well here
Oh wow. I thought something was up with those commando droids. We were lied to.
We are getting closer to the point where fan films can *rival* Hollywood, and television. The technology is becoming much more accessible. We are only limited by our imagination.

When the commando is giving the briefing to his squad and says: Remember....
My brain: No Russian.

Remember... no Seppys.
Alternate storyline - they added a "new guy" to the squad: one of the disguised droid commandos mentioned. When the mission is over and the senator is killed, they kill the droid and remove his helmet. "Remember: Roger roger."
"When they find the body of the droid, the entire republic will cry for war."
I loved that level. No survivors!
Mind blowing short film. The vfx, background score, action sequences, basically everything is just top-notch.
Whew having Vode An as the music in this just makes it all the more sinister

I had a bad feeling when the so called “commando droids” dropped to a single shot to the chest
my EXACT thoughts.
Yeah, clone armor AND being "dangerous droids" - can't even take 1 shot. Kinda broke my immersion. At least double tap or do mozambique
@@Jachammer93 they did double tap quite a few. Also I think you're missing the point a bit
@@Jachammer93 The point I'm making is that I realized those weren't commando droids at all. They were just normal clones, that's why they were so easy to kill.
@@Jachammer93 In season 1 episode 5, Captain Rex shoots a commando droid several times and caused no damage. The fact that the “droids” were being killed with one shot wouldn’t make sense, so they would need to be something else (clones).
And this is why we use thermal vision and droid poppers on missions like this.
Literally everything about this is perfect. Voice acting, music, dialog, visuals! Everything. Thank you for these videos.

@@null-0271 they were clones. all the senate guard in this video are clones. that's like the whole point. this is a false flag attack.
I've seen many fan made videos and this has to be one of the best . The ability of these fans to write ,film , produce everything from the sets to costumes is unbelievable. I wish that Disney would come up with a program to help fund these creative minds to further explore and tell the untold stories of the universe we all cherished as kids and still do as adults. Thank you for sharing this and allowing my mind to again imagine the star wars universe and the infinite paths and journeys this story can take.
How am I just finding this now. Absolutely amazing. Wow, disney take notes.
So they weren't really droids, they were actual clones. And this commando unit basically carried out an assassination disguised as an extraction mission. Wow.
Side note: The way the leader of the group killed the Wal Bakrom without any hesitation was so cold that it sent shivers up my spine.

The small detail of Sheev Palpatine's portrait being in the room where the Senator was going to be killed makes the scene even better upon a rewatch.
Additionally, it seems this Senator is the same species that was the ally of the Banking Clan and assisting the Separatists. Season 3 episodes 10&11. Don’t ask how I know this, just was watching these episodes completely by chance!
This is by far the best fan film project for any fiction franchise I’ve ever seen. Ten out of ten visual work, voice acting and subtle storytelling, hands down.
