Some of the floor plans of these houses are just dysfunctional.... Why on earth have a main dining area situated at the far end of the living room, the opposite site of the kitchen?? It's so impractical to have to walk through the hallway, then the living area with cooked food etc to the dining area... Bonkers
That dining area appears to be mainly for entertaining. The kitchen already has a diner for family. It's a perfect layout in my opinion.
@@enjay4real Yeah I quite like it aswell. Also good to mention that lots of people use their dining table as desk/office space so it’s nice having it away from the noise of the kitchen

Amazing! I remember on a video some videos ago I had mentioned it'd be nice to see a bit of garden/garage, and you guys have totally delivered on that :)) But no worries if in future you can't, I understand weather doesn't allow it sometimes, and time constraints doesn't allow it. But it's so very appreciated. Also know, I watch from Sydney Aus, I'm a Londoner based down under for a short while but will be returning to England soon. It's a beautiful house,the quality of finishings it's obvious. I think that for a 4 beds house the garden should be bigger and I would have taken some space from the kitchen and living area to make a small utility room, because having integrated appliances in the kitchen it takes from the storage space and if you do a big weekly food shop + your stuff ... We'll, the storage space from the kitchen isn't enough in my opinion. But, the house is beautiful, with lots of light and aery 🙄 the garage is a bonus 😁 although the balcony is facing the front of the house, the double glazed (probably) windows, are doing a great job at insulating the outside noise and good quality pvc joinery😉

Wow this house looks amazing. I live in Austria and will be moving soon to the Uk. My question is do the houses in Uk come furnished, because I was looking at houses and they always have furniture already in the house

99.9% of new build homes do not come furnished. Some apartment developments offer furniture packs to be purchased as an addition. The homes you see on RUclips are showhomes, so they are staged with furniture simply to allow future buyers to visualise the home if it was lived in (rather than an empty shell). We hope that helps :)
Love you guys great work love how she presents the house with all the details the down side is this house is a three bedroom house at least not 4 two bedrooms upstairs are toooooo small
I love this house, so beautifully staged! The only 'downer' for me is that it's terraced but still so impressive, great space and layout!
Also when you mentioned being able to stand by the head of the bed, I'm 5'9 so can't relate lol :)
