15 -20 min is my max.
30 minutes are quite long even with a larger home it is better to keep it contained.
Love your tours but they take too long to watch Too much talking , don’t need to know every detail
No what's the tour for detail I love the way she doesn't miss any detail yah if you are not into interior design then they might look so long,I believe if you don't show details then just pics are enough man she is doing a fantastic job I prefer detail and there many who too want detail

Lovely house! My only criticisms - For a house and kitchen that size, I would have expected to see a full height fridge and freezer. Also, a double vanity in the master suite would have been cool.

Wow! What a beautiful house! Loved everything about it - windows in all the bathrooms, except the cloakroom but that would have spoiled the symmetry of the front elevation. There’s also square turns on the stairs which are so much easier for people with limited mobility (like me). Great sized bedrooms and the kitchen even had my favourite coloured cabinets. Looks like a really well thought out home 👍

Eckington is a really nice area, equidistant from Stratford upon Avon and Worcester. Pershore is a delight town too. 😊

This house doesn't know what it wants to be when it grows up. It's very choppy and seems to be a mish mash of different styles. That said, England has come a long way.. Good job.

This lady is a great presenter. Uk arquitects and constructor need a lot of development and training in terms of layout as they are extremely basic and poor layout. Taking into account to this is a developded country this still very poorly done and old fashion. UK architects cant keep up with Brazilian architects.
The location of oven microwave tower and fridge is a odd.The pop up socket outlet are in stange locations.
At the same time the kitchen/dinning/living room seems good.
the layout of the unsuites are a bit off. The positive points in this house is that the room sizes are quite good for the uk standards. very good presenter.
I really hate the bathroom right by the front door. That's so weird. Also this house in the US where I live would be between 250,000 to 300,000. Fridge is tiny. No closets!! England you could have so much more!!
I doubt very much that where you live compares to this beautiful old village in Worcestershire.
Perhaps the fridges are smaller here because we don’t need to store as much food. 😊
@@Italiana911i mean as an American here, fridges don’t have to be huge but closets are a necessity imo. Having to get a separate wardrobe for your bedroom doesn’t make sense. At least to me. Here in the US a room legally can’t be labeled a bedroom unless it has a window and closet.
Your houses are always expensive as compared to market
Dining room detached from kitchen, so you'd have to walk every dish across 🥴 silly design.
Hi Martha, thanks for your comment. There are a couple options of where to dine before you get to the formal dining room :)
Most likely the formal dining would be for rare occasions e.g. Christmas or birthdays. In those cases, you may want to separate the kitchen chaos from the dining area :) Alternatively you could use the study/office as the dining.
