I have used googled and this house looks to of dropped to £3 million in price now, plus stamp duty costs. Six months on from this video being made it is still for sale. But a beautiful house, very nice.

Bedroom 2 and 3 had no en suites. Family bathroom had no shower.

The ceiling is a bit too low for my liking as it makes the place darker. Otherwise, i love the size of the land with a lot of potential.
Does it come furnished ?
I am guessing it does since he mentions what's included..
It looks exactly the same as the majority of these newbuild "mansions " lots of grey , wall mounted big televisions, tacky gas flame fires
