It’s very nice. I think being on such a small plot with easy access from the public it should of had a panic room. It’s nice to see this style of house getting planning permission in the uk. A lot of houses in this sector on Wentworth and ST G Hill lack style there just large houses.p.s just missing underground parking for car collection
There was a steel door in the dressing room in bedroom so probs used as a panic room not a point advertising it though

This was also featured by Matt & Summer on their channel, and as i said there..... this house is over priced and more importantly in the wrong location. The properties surrounding this house are no more than 5-10% of the price of this at £10M. You can't build a property more than 10X-15X more than the surrounding properties. If this was in a wealthy area like Wilmslow, Knutsford, Alderley Edge, Congleton, etc etc then OK
If it took 3 years to build then there is something wrong with the Architech & builder.

Obviously nice house. I wouldn't buy it for £10m - 4 bedrooms, ridiculous I would want at least 8 for that money. Why would you need 8 bathrooms ?? I don't go for all the gadgets as apart from learning and remembering how they all work they will need experts to fix them as they go wrong, and they will. 2-car garage, you must be joking I need minimum 4 car garage with workshop for hobbies etc. Black tiles in the bathroom so you cannot see what you are doing and if you scrubbed your neck properly. The agent mentioned a sink in the bathroom - I prefer a wash basin, does he know his job? The office is pathetic. I need a big office/library at least 4 times as big as this one. One acre is tiny for a spend of £10m. I actually (a word he used I lost count of how many times!) prefer warm carpets in most rooms rather than cold porcelain tiles although I respect other folks desire for cold tiles and walls and doors everywhere but not for me. For £10m I would buy an 8-bed house on the shores of Lake Windermere with a huge boathouse and 6 car garage. Proper log fires carpets and yes a games room and bar etc.

Really nice and beautiful. But when architects start to design this tipe of houses they was in California. And everything make's sense then. This House literally stolen from California and set it in the UK 😅 is not working with that high sealing and all that glass will be a fortune to keep this house warm during the winter, and that space outside being totally un-enjoyable keeping in mind the rain and the lack of sun. Around 8 months from the year. It makes the house a beautiful waste
