This is a great house. If l ever win a the PowerBall, this would probably be on one of my list. The only think l would worry about is if there are a lot mountain lions in that area since you be around in all these mountains.

A priori, I did not like the location, too far from all the action. But following your tour, my imagination started working. I could see some incredible family gatherings, such as my grandma's coming 100th birthday; a wedding reception; and even some pool parties for the kids and the not-so-small kids, lol. I think the staging could have been more imaginative to make some spaces warmer. I am speaking of the office and the gym. Talking about the gym, all that side area with the gym, patio, and suspended bed, could be used for an incredible outdoor/indoor workout-yoga-decompression fitness center. The great room looks expansive and inviting. Great value as a family home or as a party house. Thank you for letting us know this property exists.
I loved that view and how they did that outdoor space - the swimming pool with infinity edged centered right between those two hills and overlooking that valley and those palm trees on the edges. And the sunken firepit place. It's perfectly centered for that view. But interiors were kind of tacky for my taste.
For it to only be 12. 9 it must be way back but wow. Gorgeous. I'd be a little creeped out with nobody around honestly. Good place for somebody with pets because that is never mentioned. I am not fond of turf either. . My question is what is with the bowls of moss and all these houses. Kind of gross actually. if I had the money to afford something like this, I would add a small guest house and a whole lot of security. It's a beautiful home and though its far from everything it could be someone's own little universe!!! Well not so little. Seriously what a great place for dogs.
