I love that turquoise stone wall in the restroom @ 23:19 , it's so pretty the way it's uniquely designed and the whole house/ property is tremendous and beautiful. Blue is my favorite color too haha 💙💙
I guess someone lost some money on this one. between location right above the Highway (noise) and the very interesting, to say the least, style choices it was always going to be a hard sale. All these backlit Onyx wall and bars won't be everyone's taste.
@@Braselton21 Are you sure? As far as I know 11865 Ellice Street is currently for sale for 26M, 11846 Ellice Street was sold in 2022 for 24.7M, 11809 Ellice Street is currently for sale for 29.5M and 11898 Ellice Street was sold in 2009 for 10M. Could you please tell me which offers I forgot. Thank you in advance.
And it's back on the market now for 37 million. Everyone falls in love with it but nobody wants the hassle of the constant maintenance and upkeeping i guess 😂
This is why you don't overprice your home by ridiculous amounts. It will sit on the market for a very long time. During that time you have to pay the taxes and maintenance on the home.
I Marvel the Tour so much Darren. very nicely put together in every corner and every part of this home. It is always a treat seeing homes that are more unique than others I have ever watch and seen in my life. That incredible plant life that's gotta be the stand out piece in this property the atrium walk-through it is just so peaceful and Majestic like I'm almost thinking your in a magical forest. And also that view is definitely beautiful and just being in that backyard it is phenomenal. I'm still taking everything in, You done exceptional work on Touring this home. I love the night shots and showing lovely parts of this home.Thank you Always for your Tour, You got a gift that never ends. I love this home it is by far one of my favorite this year! ❤💯
I love how you showcase the details of the house you don't even miss a part on house unlike other realtors. I love the fact that blue is your favourite colour, my favourite house you toured was the one in Brentwood California I kindah love the basement with onyx stone and the Kobe Bryant art gallery. Keep it 100% Darren.🎉
@@DarrenKriz u never showed the guest apartment, the powder rooms, the bathroom beside the pool and the cofee bar inside the master's bedroom, i dont know where you were rushing to. But Enes and J.P always takes their time to show everything

Darren Kriz house tours are becoming a more enjoyable it would be nice to have seen the closets for a house of this price, but I must say Darren Kriz house tour walk through has improved. Thank you Darren Kriz for your video house tours
A bargain at $26 million. A cautionary tale for developers, a more neutral design would be less expensive to build, and result in a more saleable home. I happen to love this place, it has dreamy ocean views, a killer courtyard, and all the backlit stone is gorgeous. It has it all, great screening room, chef's kitchen, the biggest pool that would fit the space, water and fire features, a huge dining room, great aquariums, koi pond. The greenish blue stone is Amazonite.
Why did you skip the entire solar system? Consider focusing on the property a bit more...AKA show dont tell. The area behind the pool would have been nice to see.
TBH, the only thing I kinda like about this house is the pool area. All the Buddha imagery which could not be easily changed is a turn off. I hate fake grass/turf. There are lots of stairs and steps to navigate which also gives the property an overly angular and treacherous feel. Then all that plant life while very pretty, will cause the house and surroundings to be filled and I mean filled with creepy crawlies in a place like Malibu.
@@fixthatface483 You are right, I do not like this house and it does not please me at all. I suspect that it would not please most people who have good taste. I mean fake grass for god's sake, you cannot get much trashier than that.

The outdoor furniture to match ocean cool. Perfect views. Travel time staircase. Cool. Wine cellar cool. Tv room. Convert to a spa room. The theater room claustophic. Get rid of the 3 statues in the hallway. Wood panel ceiling. Dated. Just No
Of course, beautiful! It’s just too big! Who needs all of this? Locking this up at night must take some time, eh? This estate is staged with some “sketchy” furniture; sofas and fabrics from a 1967 Airstream RV. No, thanks!
Absolutely overpriced and a lot of the finishes were just gaudy in my opinion. That will sit in the market at that price someone might like it if it’s reduced, I just clicked out not my taste.
Can you say overdone? Upholstery from Omar the Tentmaker. Overgrown living walls. And what's with all the backlit onyx? The cost to remove the stone statues and replace the rock carving walls would add a few hundred thousand to what you'd have to spend on this place.
I love Enes but this tour hit me differently so there is space for different perspectives. I am not a big fan of backlit onyx in the kitchen and with the exception of the Pacific Coast Highway so close, I would purchase this unique home. The foliage is amazing!
This home is a statement. A mosaic of transcendent energy with a tapestry of Mayan, Hindu, Polynesian (Easter Island Moai), Japanese, and Chinese cultural symbolism to represent knowledge, introspection, selflessness, knowledge, wisdom, understanding, restraint, purity, simplicity, power, goodness, and Good luck. The owner is obviously a spiritual individual whom used the decor of her/his home to bathe him/herself; loved ones, and guests in the spirit of zen and blessings from the ancestors. Unbelievable property! Respect for the temple of humanity.🙂 Namaste, Chilam balam, Ohm mani padme ohm, Yin Yang! Lastly, the colors and patterns He/She incorporated into the decor and living spaces are very powerfully emitting love, peace, happiness; freedom, justice, and equality strength and welcoming to all living things. This is a very highly evolved structure steeped in spiritual history, culture, and symbolism manifesting passive power and blessings. It resonates value in all things. And indicates the owner to be a highly evolved individual with knowledge of self and transcendent reality.🙏🏽🦚🦋🪷🐉🐟🧧🔆⚕️🈲

This was like an open House ,lots of windows are there and the pool was like after eating food the sweet of the house 😊 this is best one 😍
Good job Darren. Glad you got to tour this house.
This house was first listed at $75 million.
It was auctioned off for $26 million in 2023.
The neighboring houses are $25m & $50m and $35m

Those "statues" he mentions are replicas from the actual Easter Island One called moai.

Public street, 15' setbacks to your neighbors.
Why is Darren whispering in the video?
In less than a year, this house went down from 58M to 26M.
