The home was off-putting. The flipper took modern farmhouse to it's darkest iteration. Why? Thanks for showing me what not to do. That's why it was cut short on this tour. Otherwise thank you for your channel.
Fancy seeing this blast from the past here. In a previous role I was the Project Manager responsible for the AV, home automation, lighting control, intercoms and data systems. A great project, build team and really nice client.
Wow this was amazing property and great value for the money too. I’m so used to you showing me terrible ones for millions of pounds more just because it’s London. It’s eye-staggering to see the difference. This is the best property I’ve seen and I had to double take. More videos like this.
Yes, but it’s in the Midlands. Without wishing to be unkind there really isn’t that much demand hence the affordability. Move it to the south and the price would double.
Oh wow! This is a great house for that price! I actually lost count of how many reception rooms there were. Congrats on 500k! Keep up the good work, guys! 🎉
While it's exactly how it's typically done in the states, the openness of the rooms to the hallways and how rooms flow into each other without being separated by doors is pretty typical for houses in the US. I do find the location of the formal dining room odd though.
Same value as my house in west London! Mine is half this size though. Lovely house but needs stripping out and redoing. Interiors are horrendous and tasteless.
No toilet in that massive master suite😳? You can definitely see there is none on camera and you guys wouldn't have missed it for sure being in the room... it's weird because when you check the floorplan for this property on Fine & Country website, there is one on plan for that master bathroom just on the left going through the door next to the shower...
Purchasing my first 2 houses in UK is a testament to what smart financial decisions and perseverance can achieve. I wasnt financial free until my 40’s and I’m still in my 40’s, bought my second house already, earn on a monthly through passive income and got 4 out of 5 goals, just hope it encourages someone that it doesn’t matter if you don’t have any of them right now, you can start TODAY regardless your age INVEST and change your future! Investing is a grand choice I made..😊
I have wanted to start investing for a while. Yet, I've always considered it to be late, and I believe I should quit putting things off. I'll absolutely contact Regina Louise Collaro to ask her for advice. Much thanks. This was quite helpful to me.
Lovely house, i liked the design, but there are definitely things i would change. The main bedroom balcony could be extended right across that flat roof, the seating area under the curved roof feels unecessarily large so i would reduce that and have a big hot tub and motorised projector screen in there and the gardens themselves need a purpose. If they are to be purely decorative then they need some structuring, with quality, well thought out planting and design. That rear area also needs work as it feels forgotten about.
Can’t believe only 1.5 Mill. The exterior is nice but the interior design in some of the rooms is a no, like the brick work and kitchen etc the decor could’ve been bit better, but for the price is not bad.
This property lets me and many others know of inspiration where levels in life may change but you and your vision remain the same. Home is your temple and you will not find your heart in a temple if you don't have a temple in your heart { aka vision welcome home The LH }.💔💯
the 2 bedrooms down stairs don't have a good enough window size in them they have no blinds and the main front of the house big massive windows with no blinds ?
Not bad at all. As the chef of the house though id be a bit miffed with the outdoor cooking area being so far removed from the entertainment areas. Beyond that not bad at all.
Really nice property ( and it may seem odd to some?but i was no fan of that fancy ' Club scene' Fire Pit' ) But a really nice large Property & Home' & area( i think someone had a allotments near by,so maybe fresh fruit& Veg?) And the Price was most appealing👍 And a good presentation by this couple ( They're more knowledgeable than the other two!)
This is really nice and I like the owners choice of decoration and furniture as well. I thought hmm this guys been watching love island when you called the chairs in the cinema "day beds" then later on you referenced it again 😂
No no no we need to know where the toilet is!! There must be one in the primary bathroom somewhere! What about the laundry room attached to the primary bedroom. This is going to bug me now 😂😂 ask the owners then update the description pretty please I'll check back in one week 😂😂
No seriously I wanna know too! 😂 Nevermind that there's no general use bathroom on the first floor! Am I going to have to run to one of my kid's rooms everytime nature calls? 😲
And where do we get £1,500,000 from then ? Especially living in England ? Most jobs don't pay more than £300 a week 12 hours a day and we have to pay for everything
That's a luxury property. 6700 sq ft with a nice interior design. Do you think that this is for the average unskilled folk who is working as a slave?! Of course not. Otherwise even as a "worker" it's possible to afford it. I've seen dentist salaries 650 pounds per day!
@@NorbertKaskoTbf even if you made 635 a day u probably couldn’t afford this house. That’s about 230k a year, unless you saved a massive deposit you probably wouldn’t get approved on it. This type of property is beyond the reach of most 9-5 jobs even skilled ones. You’d probably need a business/ investments to afford this.

I think they are 800 bottles that lost a cork for that art piece
It’s crazy living in London seeing how cheap property is up north! Our 4 bed terrace is valued at over 1.4 million ! But this was bought ages ago
That's a steal for that price. Imagine this in London. Definitely £20 mil.
Probably more in some parts of London like Mayfair or Belgravia
@@kenduzouir you wouldn’t find anything like that in Mayfair
This is a steal at that price. Whoever purchases that property, will be a happy home owner.
can’t believe this is only 1.5 million, but i felt the tour of this house was cut short.

@@gregpendrey6711i think we all know that you weren’t gonna get the house whether you liked it or not
would love to see a presenter special where each team member recalls their favourite property.
I'd like to see their own homes.
hi

Now for the price point looks a bargain.
That is an amazing house for £1.5 million, so big and a really nice interior design.
This house is fantastic, especially for the money.
Finally an interesting, semi unique and well decorated and designed house ...
My fave duo to watch touring houses
Somewhere between a Manor and a Farmstead. A very modern traditional style. Cool!
Thank you for making me dream! You show beautifull homes. Would you be so kind to mention the size of the houses in meters as well? Thanks
The price is unbelievable
That outdoor dinner setting is beyond gorgeous!! Can’t get over how much you get for that price!

Stunning house great bang for buck 👏 😊❤
I love this home. I'm definitely going to keep this one in my archived playlist.
Gonna buy it?
Beautiful house
Love how this is laid out
Very nice property for the money
A really lovely home and great value too.
No toilet in the master en suite is a massive oversight. Otherwise great property
Beautiful home! All that was missing was a pool.
Not in the midlands
Yes, but it’s in the Midlands. Without wishing to be unkind there really isn’t that much demand hence the affordability. Move it to the south and the price would double.
Awesome vid guys!😁

WOW, what a house, very well done to the owners, the best in a long time.
Presentation is spot on

Amazing
Lol I couldn’t help but chuckle at seeing the random B&M bargains bag in such a luxe mansion at 6:19
One of the best I’ve seen on here 👍

@vicahmed221. Regina is a famous scammer in the USA. She is the subject of multiple lawsuits. I would certainly not recommend.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Just needs a Pool / Spa / Gym complex - maybe where the outside kitchen and swing are. Thank you - great presentation again.

Beautiful home 🏡
That was amazing value for all you get
Well made video as well
Find most are lacking the details but really get to know the house in 16 minutes
Only just seen this one now, 100% one of the most throughout designs!
I thought UK reports area in square meters?
Is a big house but it feels cozy ..what a brilliant design..1.5 buy it now
Lovely property well worth the money fully furnished when can I move in
If there is a def of value for monies....this is IT
What a beautifull dreamly placee😮...wow😍😍

Nicest house ever award.
Which building contractor built this please
The build cost today must be close to the asking price. Incredible value.
This place is amazing. Glossy porcelain tile floors as soon as you enter the house. Very good quality home. But not the kitchen 😹
Really like this house, but if I were able to own it and live in it, it would seem so barren in comparison because I enjoy space but not stuff.
the 2 bedrooms down stairs don't have a good enough window size in them they have no blinds and the main front of the house big massive windows with no blinds ?

Where do I sign ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Absolutely stunning house massive but felt homely at same time , tour felt abit rushed
This house has really wow factor. I love it👍👍👍. It is really my kind of house
It's OK, a bit too much paving near the house.
Definitely needs some updated interior design
The physical manifestation of the phrase “overlooked”.
Pool?
I just don't understand one thing. If it rains, wouldnt the forniture outside be worn out?
Preciosa me encantó , solo le falta la piscina😘
Where is the save button I need this house for my birthday
You know what looks like a great property just a pity it is in the location that no longer looks like Britain or sounds like Britain
Wow 1.5 million only ❤❤❤❤

1.5 million for sale??
This is really nice and I like the owners choice of decoration and furniture as well. I thought hmm this guys been watching love island when you called the chairs in the cinema "day beds" then later on you referenced it again 😂
Does anyone know what the style of seat in the hallway is called?
You two are adorable! The exterior of this home is interesting, but OMG the interior design is hideous! 🤮
Awesome channel, great walk around! Thanks for sharing.
I seriously need to find a wife to share a house like this with :D

Very nice❤
Fun house 😎👍
Very nice 👍
Is this house sold?
You can get this much for 1/10 of price in asian countries, with servants to do all the cooking, cleaning and stuff.
Why no toilet and shower room in your principal bedroom?
oh wow she pretty
Nice build !
Is this house for sale if so who to contact for the sale please let me know thank you
Is this house still available?
What an absolute bargain!!! I’d have to put a pool in with the money I’d save lol😂 we can only dream
Love
Why would you need 7 reception rooms? What a nonsense.
Anyone can see into that house
billiards table?
That woman present is so bad 🤣🤣
And where do we get £1,500,000 from then ? Especially living in England ? Most jobs don't pay more than £300 a week 12 hours a day and we have to pay for everything
Minimum wage is £10/hr, so a 5 day week on 12 hour shifts would pay double what you are saying.

Wow that road would put me right off. 😒
Am I the only one who needs to know where is the missing toilet in the main bedroom?
I've been "investigating" this for a bit now and have had zero luck! There's a toilet on the drawing plans but alas, none in real life! 😅
Decor is horrific, apart from the curved roof outdoor area. With a new interior designer, could be a winner at that price.
You have to get some compensation for being in the midlands
What a bargain
If it's a bargain why not buy it?
low ceilings
The interior feels like a nice airbnb, not a home.
