In one of his videos Dr Berg suggests that prolonged fasting does not contribute to bile/gallbladder problems. He states there is research indicating the gallbladder restarts contracting after 48 hrs, despite no food coming in. I could not find this research. Can you shine a light on this?

@@KickItNaturally thnx TC, the comments below that video do give some useful info. I guess I will have to continue with getting my gallbladder healthy before trying longer fasts. Your videos on how to do that are really helpful. Thank you also for those. 😘 (Still curious about Dr Berg's research though 😋)
@@Healthy-Golden-Oldie I found that there's usually no research posted below when he says it's there. I unsubscribed after his fairly recent video where he made a complete 180 and said autophagy is bad for cancer - and didn't explain the reason for the change at all.

If you IF 18 hrs and your eating window is 6hrs, it does not mean you should continuously eat for 6 hrs. It will not work.
