    This is the best series of videos I have ever found on RUclips
    It’s so counterintuitive to think that you want to increase the acid in your stomach in order to stop acid reflux … and I have had loose stools since I was 28 years old after a bout of food poisoning… I am now 70 and started really having problems with acid reflux…
    I’m on the path with the great guidance from this young man ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. you’re changing one life at a time

    Thank you for the video. I'm 3 months into carnivore with about a 50% improvement in all symptoms, so this video explained perfectly what's been going on the last 3 months and what will happen going forward. I am dealing with 18 years of candida/mold/gastro problems - it feels awesome to be improving. I've educated myself over the last 1-2 years by watching most of your videos and the topics close to heart i've watched mulitple times to really retain that information. I'm still continuing carnivore but i have now added in coconut oil and sauerkraut/kefir as dietary antifungal and dietary probitoics.

    I have had IBS for ten years. Nothing helped and it was getting worse (explosive and constant irritation) I take several supplements and 2 prescriptions. Glipizide for diabetes and Lisinopril-HCTZ for high blood pressure. I got the thought maybe one of them is irradiating my gut, so I decided to stop the Lisinopril-HCtz that was Dec.23 it’s January 9th and
    I has had no diarrhea since but a bowel movement every day; formed and easy to pass. No Doctor ever suggested anything to help me. I had asked God for help and believe it was the Holy Spirit who brought the answer to my mind. From now on I go to God and wait for the answer.

    You are brilliant ❤Ive watched dozens of your videos in the last few weeks and shared them with dozens of people. I believe I have oxalate poisoning going through dumping. I was eating a very high oxalate diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and pooped 3x a day since I’ve been eating mostly grass fed, buffalo and organic meat. I became constipated and started taking the HCl and in several days things are finally working ! thank you. You are a godsend and I’m for ever grateful.
    QUESTION - My urine is very foamy and soapy. This is been going on for a month since I started low oxalate and higher meat diet. Thank you!!
    Also to share, I’m in agreement with the vitamin D and the lysine because I took lysine when I had fever blisters and didn’t have them for many years until Covid happened and then I started taking a lot of vitamin D and I got fever blisters again I so once again you are brilliant

    It seemed to me that when my bile started working even my urine smelled like excrement! I even vomited green (bile) once. I love that I no longer crave sugar/sweets.
    I think my motility had slowed so much I couldn't eat more than 5 or 6 bites and I was full.
    I'm now taking hcl and a digestive enzyme complex. Milk or ice cream no longer gives me diarrhea. I don't throw up if I eat 2 bites too much. There is no more acid reflux...
    Life is soo much better.

      @donnaganer6007 How much Betaine did you have to take to make a difference, and how long did you take before it showed results? Thanks

    • @donnagarner6007
      @donnagarner6007 6 месяцев назад

      @@searchingfortruth4783 I am only taking 1 Now brand Pancreatin when I begin to eat. Just a few bites before I'm finished I take 1 250 mg Betaine HCl. I don't eat a lot at a time. I'm 73 and my stomach won't take it. If I happen to have dessert soon after or if I feel like I may need more I take a half of another one. I first was taking a 350 mg hcl but it seemed like a little too much.
      I have read if you don't take enough you will still burn and you can take another.
      If I have to take a second dose I usually have a bite or two to eat after.
      I was determined to stop taking antacids so my liver didn't have to deal with them.😁

    • @KickItNaturally
      @KickItNaturally  5 месяцев назад

      Sounds like you're really figuring some things out. Most people need to take a higher dose of HCL when they are first starting, and maybe even take other steps to kill off a bacterial overgrowth or the higher doses of HCL will create symptoms, but it sounds like you are listening to your body and figuring some things out. Great job!

    • @donnagarner6007
      @donnagarner6007 5 месяцев назад

      @@searchingfortruth4783 the hcl is tricky. I started with 350 mg with dinner + a pill called Pancreatin. I noticed it helped-- I believe my hiatal valve wasn't closing and it takes acid to do that. It seems to work best if I take my Pancreatin before I start eating or immediately after. Then I take a 250 mg hcl when I have just 2 or 3 bites left.
      My biggest problem is remembering to do these things if I'm not having the pain and burning!
      Also I have tablets of hcl, not capsules so I can cut them in half when I have just a small meal. I don't eat much at breakfast or lunch b/c I know a full stomach makes me drowsy. (I am 73 after all.)
      I can also take another half after dinner if I need to.
      BUT as I said I don't eat a lot. People who have larger meals would probably need more acid.

    OMG, Tony, after watching and reading and listening to all your presentations. Turns out I have been punching my liver in the face since the age of 12. Now I don't have a gallbladder. Don't qualify for doing Keto at this time IDK yet but, maybe never. The beet flo/HCL is working great. Flush was great. Though I should have taken your advice and sprung for the Xene plex. I'm keeping the carbs low and watching my minerals. Even though I don't qualify for the other diets, that is what I came here for, I'm now ashamed to say. Turns out my liver and digestive health is way more important than how fat my thighs are. Thank you so much for doing all this and reiterating the fundamentals in all your videos. I hope my liver forgives me.

    So if your stool 1 time was soft but formed and light brown (usually brown), pH 9, sounds like too much bile? I pour saurkrout juice on beef for helping with acid. Am wondering if MCAs as nausea after eat till tried a antihistamine hour after ate . Do recall you had a vid on when not to take bile . Am curious what might cause loss of appetite most of life (Mom said father also would forget to eat), know low Bvites can cause it. (rarely thirsty either). pH saliva 6.7,pH urine 6.5, sometimes dark urine, ran out of 10 param. urine test strips which on occasion were pos. for low amount of bilirubin. (Dr just shrugged shoulders. Did find SCD helped (digestion healing diet of real food, no grains). Chewing food well also helped.

      not allowed to give advice on specif situations in video comments, but this video shows steps to improve bile flow if you're showing bilirubin on urine dipstick. poor bile flow is the most common cause for nausea. ruclips.net/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/видео.html

    Hi!Why since I take beet flow and betaine HCl I feel like I have something round in my lower part of the stomach on the right side(I am not thinking the pills are not good,but I want to know what is that).I think is the colon,because when I put my hand I can feel something hard, but I am not sure.
    Anyone can answer me?

      That would be impossible to guess without getting checked out if you're feeling something there. But if things are moving along better now, if there was a blockage before, there could be movement in that blockage or something along those lines. But that is something you would have to get checked out to really know.

      I live in London and it is very difficult to get to the GP and if you get there they don't have answers for your questions.

    I cut out sugar, processed carbs, dairy, legumes and coffee and about 2 weeks in I started having terrible gas. I know it’s the bile flowing now because I felt better. I did the bile flush and I’m taking 3 Bile Flow in the morning on an empty stomach and 3 with my meal along with 5 betaineHCL. The gas lasted for about 3 days, just long enough for my bf to notice. 😂😂😂

      Acid reflux and diabetes were also being treated and both of them disappeared on the healthy keto diet.
      Things to research: For Liver: Stinging Nettle Root, Dandelions, Milk Thistle, Choline, Selenium, Tudca. One or all might be needed. Maybe start with tudca.
      For stomach acid: high insulin, apple cider vinegar, berberine, walking, cod liver oil, d3/k2.
      High estrogen: DIM, cruciferous veggies, pasture finished meats, and less dairy.
      I take the BetaineHCL at the end of my meal now, with Beef Flow so I’ll know if my stomach is producing enough on its own.
