    Actually seeing what my shoulder should do is really helpful. Especially the depiction of the skeleton is awesome. I love your explanations so much. 😊

    Would you consider posting another version of this video with quiter music (or no music) in the background? It's hard to process the info while trying to tune out the music.

    Wow, this visualisation helps tons, so thank you for that! Amazing work. I always thought that aligning my shoulder in Aisha means the same as you do with strength gym exercises (scapula down and tight) and here I could clearly see what I do wrong. Keep hearing that I need to work on my pushing (lower) hand in this grip but not exactly what is off and that finally explains a lot. I know it's been two years video but still very valid so shout out to you :) looking at your strength book now ;)

    Sei bravissimaaaaaaaaaaaa.............. anche se comprendo poco l'inglese.. con l'animazione diventa comprensibile! E... sono attivi i sottotitoli anche in altre lingue.. fra cui l'italiano! Se vengo a Londra verrò a fare una lezione da te!!!! E.. sono sempre in attesa di comprare il tuo libro.. quando sarà tradotto in italiano! Elisa De Chello, italiana super brava.. magari potrebbe???
