POLE DANCE FONJI TUTORIAL (10 exercises to MASTER fonji)

    10 EXERCISES TO FONJI
    This video is a detailed explanation how to achieve your FONJI.
    10 exercises that will develop strength, increase dynamic, improve your technique
    and performance.
    Video includes 5 exercises to develop strong and safe shoulder mount, 3 exercises for your Chinese grip improvement.
    An I will show you two great exercise how to start doing FONJI in a safe and controlled way.
    The only equipment you'll need is a pole and a resistance band. If you are a beginner in these two grips, use the tightest band, dark blue/violet.
    You can also use two bands to make it super safe and easy.
    IMPORTANT! Video does not include a WARM UP and a cool down. Feel free to check out my previous videos, I have lots of exercises for a proper warm.
    Train safe, always do your both sides and point your toes :)

    Can I just take a moment to really thabk you for this?? You literally demonstrated every single exercise and your shoulder was so red and you did it for the sake of us doing and learning the move aswell, and didnt even directly charge people for it!!     Awesome!!!! Do you have a tutorial on fastening the resistance band to the pole?

      Thank you😊 Its quite easy actually, Just put it around the pole and and one end goes through and then tighten so the band doesnt move. Thats it😊

    I got the first part of fonji but going back up into the shoulder mount from the chinese flag I'm struggling with. I found these exercises helpful for the first half of fonji, but do you have tips for the last half?

      It means you need more time with the chinese grip, do it with resistance band until you feel you can actually get enough momentum to turn.

      Hey! Not sure, use them is they come, the higher you put it the more it will lift you up.
