Skip breakfast and exercise during that time and have only greentea and water as breakfast after you exercise .

I gained a lot of weight due to night shift + work from home!
Started having only hot water once i wake up, then lunch by 12pm, dinner by 6.30pm, and eating nothing after that in night. Following this helped me reducing 6kgs in just 45 days even without cutting my meal portions.

Ive already been following this from 2024 starting do far lost 10kg. I call it simply combination of intermittent fasting, calorie deficit and 10k steps a day. No gym no nothing.

@@anonymous4040 idk, maybe. But I've decided to go to gym sooner. Maybe I lost muscle, but I also lost my depression and I'm happy. Whenever I saw mirror i felt ugly, i couldn't eat at peace. Now I'm not like that and I'm getting better both mentally and physically.
@@ariaaria555 yes. But don't restrict ur food intake too much. I recommend u to make food recomposition. Avoid sugars,take natural foods which are rich in protein but lesser in calories.

I have been doing this since Dec 2023 (6 weeks ago) already lost 6.5 kgs. Only additional thing that I do is that I walk not just for 15 mins but 1-1.5 hours in the evening. I need to lose another 20 Kgs 😊
No breakfast?
Keep it easy. It can become a lifestyle. If you push hard, the sense of achievement kicks in and you will get back to normal eventually.

Its impossible to stop eating after sunset. Especially in Mumbai. Hamare office 7 se 7:30 baje chhutate he uske baad we reach home after min 45 to 2hrs travel depending on where we stay. We can only eat dinner after that. Its not possible to carry two tiffins to office

@@khemchandsandilya6806 how? What do we do to earn then? There are other solutions to this. If this country needs to grow people need to work. And Mumbai is tge financial capital. Half the revenue for this country is generated from Mumbai. Because we doing corporate jobs work. Litrally sometimes for 10 hrs a day plus travel. We dont have energy left to cook and eat good food. I am not saying people in other cities are any less. But sometimes there are stereotypes abput metro city people especially Mumbaikars. We dont party and drink alvohol all day. Thats what rich mumbaikars do but most of us are simple marathi people doing jobs and have lretty conventional lifestyle

Issue is most of us who do job, comes home in evening, and go to gym at around 6-8pm and then eat something , though your point is absolutely correct but i think this is an issue

In India, eating dinner before sunset is difficult in most households. Rest are achievable.
Not possible for everyone following this schedule, except on weekends 😢

It's very possible if you are serious about this.
Diner before sunset is almost impossible, 8hrs work 2hrs traveling by the time you reach home it's 7 or 8pm sometimes.
@@manoharanand1208 I do it everyday, I do a heavy lunch, lots of proteins and moderate dinner within 6-6:30 pm. With lots of fibres and proteins. You have to carry your own lunch and dinner or make sure you eat something outside with more fibres and proteins. Like paneer, dal, chicken and less carbs, keeps you full. How you do it is up to yourself.
But even if you can't have dinner before 8, it's okay just eat breakfast at 11 am or 12pm the next day.

That "dinner before sunset" only applies to people who have morning work schedule and living in locations where sunset happen past 7PM. Night owl like me can't do this after being empty all day time (due to sleeping)
It isn't necessary plus dinner before sunset doesn't provide you any benefit literally none. It's just that they are hindus ( I'm hindu as well) so they spread what they have been told, even though they are educated.

@@HEMASingh-b7mIt is because people sleep at 9 pm if they will eat at 8.30 to 8.45 and sleep immediately how the hell your food will be digested very properly while sleep either our body will detox or digest so your body will digest while sleeping so your detox process will be compromised and next while day you will suffer from constipation and other issues which you will start ignoring and after some time you will make your body crap from constipation itself hundreds of problems rises if you want to feel the difference watch soldiers skin or athlete how well they are at the same time you will be looking for miracle products to treat yourself just feel yourself try every different schedule for 6 months notice the difference within yourself you won't ask for research paper than you yourself will be published paper .

Morning - fruits, paani me bheege hui moong dal, aur chanee khao
Dopahar me - boiled 2 eggs, some chapati and green vegetable
Raat ko - daliya khaye aur doodh piye
Halke khane ke sath, halke kahne se mtlb roti agar 4 khate to 2 khaye with your favorite green sabzi.
Iss diet ko daily consume karna hai bahar ka khana band karna hai.
Aur jinko digestion problem ho khanne me packet wali lal mirch ki jagah ghar me khadi mirchi laye usko grind kare to acidity kbhi nhi hogi.
Ye simple diet follow karke aap
Ek fit body pa sakte hai
