I am a Neurologist. Its really a Wonderful podcast. I just loved it. I generally come across many pts with muscle cramps & i found calcium & magnesium deficiency & quite many are vit D Deficient. Dr Mani touched on every aspect of health so clearly & i shared it with my friends. Thank you Ryan for a wonderful podcast.
Don't forget POTASSIUM! I suffered from horrific spasms that were so painful it caused chronic vomiting for 36 hours straight each time this occured! Which was 3-4 times per month, ie once a week!🤕🤢🤮 Since going CARNIVORE, & Being treated by a Functional Medicine PAIN DOCTOR, I am doing much better after supplementing with Potassium, Calcium I m/Magnesium, D3/K2 and have even gotten off the pain meds & anti-inflammatory NSAIDS!😅
Don't forget Potassium! Also, Diet is hugely important! I suffered from horrific spasms with Fibromyalgia, aches, pains, f the fatigue and Brain Fog. But, since going CARNIVORE I have been doing much better and am able to function much better now. Life is Good Again! 🎉😅
I am living in New Jersey for last 24 yrs--- here health systems are badly screwed up😢. Dr Mani said 💯 correct, it’s extremely Expensive & we don’t get doc’s appointments when reqd. We have to go to Urgent care/Emergency doc of Hospitals. --- that’s why many people fly to India, to get Better healthcare in affordable prices 🤞🏻
Nowadays people take so much efforts to look fit or healthy. But earlier days, I am a senior citizen 65+, I had never seen people running after beauty concern.I saw and today also I see many ladies look so young and look less than their age.For me I think mental health is very important. With stressful life it is not at all possible to maintain your health. Some people are blessed genetically for their looks and some people are blessed with peaceful mind and surroundings.😊
our grand parents didn’t know that anti aging and lived till 90-100 and here people with anti aging look like more than they actually age,,, and die also earlier
Wonderful episode 🙂with Great information. I can attest to all the things she said here. My mom does most of those things listed. She's in her 60s and looks 45. Thank you!
Good info Only following correction 1 Muscle loss is 1% per year after 40 2 Exercise 150 minutes is for both men and women 3 HIIT is for 4 minutes 4 times and intervals of 4 minutes 4 Electrolyte and minerals are different 5 View about supplements is correct
Good info. Only Whenever we say a study was done and data shows…. More context should be given where the study was done, what kind of demographics , time period etc
@@jaclynshawmsbisii3521 people are entitled to their opinion. I believe her makeup turned people off. But eitherways I would have stayed away from commenting negatively
What is the best exercise? The one that we like to do. Just dance💃! Be happy! Don't worry too much about this or that! Be a nice person🎉just my humble opinion. Blessings, friends ❤
Yes I totally second what she said about muscle as I am now turning 60 and much healthier than even when I was 30 as I was walking regilarly from the age 45 but from the last 2 years I have been doing cardio and yoga..... I have overcome osteo issues. And because of the muscle my bone strength and balance is way better🎉
This is very inspiring, thank you! I’m 48 and see my muscle declining and am starting weight training and making changes to my diet/lifestyle so I hope to live a long, healthy life!
Thankyou doctor for RUclips channel it is a very source for the information that we are learning how to transform our life, body and mind these days we get to hear is only about weight loss and not about the nutrition that the body is needs. I have seen almost all your videos I have been a diabetic since childhood. If you could please share a diet for diabetes patients would be greatful
You're very welcome, and thank you for your kind words! I'm so glad you find the content helpful. I'd be happy to assist you with a personalized diet plan for diabetes. Please fill out this form and my team will get in touch with you forms.gle/je9kjihkKZfBQvpE9
Excellent content due to yourself and Dr Mani… I learned a lot and it enhanced my understanding of fitness. Dr Mani has had both Conventional Medical training and Integrative Medical training (she valiantly stepped outside the box) and she is female=an amazing perspective that we can all benefit from if we choose to. Sadly, as usual, many will find fault for no sound reason. Thank You..
Very amazing very knowledgeable it's very sad that soil is depleted with minerals .pesticides and chemical fertilizers that kill pest and don't let come to eat grains vegetables and fruits but to that food we human consume happily ...it's very irony Thanks for sharing the very informative part
Yes we need indian alternatives maybe like amla , Moringa, jamun ( indian berries ) , ashwagandha , and for omega humble mackerel & sardine both cheap & rich in omega.
Ryan Fernando, I don’t have any words to thank you. Thanks a lot for this wonderful podcast, got to learn many new things as I have been always admirer of you and your work.
Hello sir. She has given many good advice. So many take away things from this podcast. I will definitely start weight training. Thank you so much sir, for providing these many things in one podcast
Did she mistakenly mentioned lactate released by exercising leads to reduction in neuroplasticity? Ideally, exercising should increase neuroplasticity as its good for brain health.
Thank you Ryan for this wonderful podcast Dr Mani conversation is an inspiration she is truly beautiful Inside Out ..everything she said was so simple and easy to connect thank you Dr mani ❤
Thank you Rayan for bringing top info to public. By the way we watched your videos about NURA centra . We did all the check , we r very happy to see all the results. We still waiting for blood check and nutrition absorption test . I hope everything . Thank you we mentioned your name on the survey also .
Thank you for trusting the information I've shared and thrilled to hear that your experience has been positive so far. Wishing you the best with the remaining tests and deeply appreciate you mentioning me in the survey - it truly means a lot!
Good episode Few things like not only sea fish, entire Bengali ethnicity eats river fish and that helps significantly Next is avoiding mangoes won’t work , India is land of mangoes and seasonal fruit is good according to me
She is well maintained artificially full of fillers and botox , for looking young ppl have to get expressionless.... i dont support it. Its much better to age naturally.... we r gonna die anyway even if we could live till 100 yrs and while dying looking like 30... does not make sence. But healthy diet, and exercise yep all for it.
Also she is a doctor in America which mea s she is very rich and can afford all the things she does to her body. I'd see her face if she was middle class struggling to pay bills
Undoubtedly she is awesome but one most important thing is genetics hereditary patterns along with her knowledge and fitness she is blessed with those genes and cherry on the cake she is north Indian you can't fit things on a south Indian genetically short and broad structure d genes stop comparing Indian women on the basis of body shape and complexion you are ignoring common women of South, Orissa, Maharashtra and all those who can't look like her in their life. Kudos to mature doctor who's talking only about good health but your heading of podcast is not appropriate it is insulting graceful ageing.

Great episode!! 👏🏻 I would rather follow what she says rather than comment on how she looks. To me she looks graceful and natural.
Always we should be like Swan-- drink milk from mixture of Water and Milk
Well said 👍
But I feel she has done fillers she does not look natural really

Cheeks filler, Lip filler, chin filler, brow lift all in one podcast …!! Great podcast tho it’s just have few layers ( in terms of fillers and makeup)
