Ooooh today we're talking about the incredible topic of trusting yourself 👀 Learning to trust yourself is definitely a journey that happens over time, but it is such a worthwhile skill to learn that helps you grow + flourish in all areas of your life. If you have any tips or thoughts to share on this topic, or have any other Be Your Best Self series requests, let me know below!! Thank you for spending a bit of your day with me 💛
My mom suggested this channel to me during lockdown saying “i think you should watch her, she’s very positive.” Thank you mom. And thank you Jess ❤ 😊 You always seem to say exactly what i need to hear when i need to hear it and you make things easy to comprehend. I’m upgrading my closet and mindset lol
WOW!!! SO GREAT...the "unwelcome guest in your house" is SO SO PERFECT!!! Trashing your house, eating all of your food, etc. KICK THEM OUT!!! Thank you for that mental image...SO VERY helpful.💗
Girl, ur like a breath o fresh air to me, i was feeling overwhelmed and confused with myself, then i started watching this video and i felt ur energy being so calm and peaceful and loving that i immediately calmed down as well, so tysm 🥺💕
Oh man I felt like you were describing me! I am my worst critic and want to learn to be my biggest cheerleader instead. It’s draining being so hard on ourselves. Thank you for this
I am & have been pretty self reliant. I am comfortable being alone. I like my own company. Do a lot of stuff by myself. Lately I have been working on body positivity. That is a work in progress. I have also become outspoken about how I feel & what I think. That one can get me in trouble. LOL
You are seriously so sweet!! 🤍 thank you so much for your kind words + for watching today's video!!! I really hope you enjoy this one; I think it's such a special topic :')
This resonates in one small example in my life. 15:24 I have an issue with trusting mechanical devices (like snow blowers). Home alone. Prediction of 5 inches of snow. I got proactive to calm my anxiety. Filled the snow blower with gasoline. Prepared the electric start (because I can never get the pull start to work) Gloves. Hat. Down Coat at the ready. Used that snow blower like a boss.

This is great - I’d love to her more about faith! Maybe about your testimony or adding more of a Biblical viewpoint. Keep smiling!
