I've been struggling with depression for like 3 years minimum. A month ago I found a video in which she talked about changing yourself to like yourself. It kinda put me back in my mindset prior to depression. I'm not going to blatantly claim she cured my depression, but her 10 minute video made me evaluate what I can do to get better. I joined a gym and I wake up at 6 am every week day to go before work + school. I feel accomplished and, most importantly, I feel like I like myself again. I swear to god, some truth bombs are necessary sometimes.
I love that you mention the mindset before the depression. I really relate with that too and some people don’t get it and think I’m stuck in the past.. but it’s not the case.. it’s connecting with who I was before the depression (the mindset) … I’m glad there’s someone out there who can relate
Great video. My relationship of five years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave, and I can't stop thinking about her. I love her so much, and I've tried everything to get her back, but nothing seems to work. I'm frustrated and feel like I can't picture my life with anyone else. I've made every effort to move on, but the thoughts of her keep overwhelming me. I don’t know why I'm sharing this, but I miss her deeply and just can’t stop thinking about her.
Letting go of someone you love is incredibly hard. I can relate to your situation. My own 6 year relationship ended, and like you, I couldn't let go. I did everything I could to bring her back. Eventually, I sought help from a spiritual counselor who assisted me in reuniting with her.

5 months ago , I was scrolling through pinterest randomly saving "the ordinary"skincare products and making a vision board out of them cause I'm in india and they're quite expensive u know, it felt like I'll never be able to afford those but they look so aesthetic and work so well I kept looking at those pics and I kept affirming that those are alrdy mine and how gorgeous my skin is...now I have all of these products 😳❤️I have glass skin now Today I just scrolling through my note app and found out that vision board of mine 😁I've made months ago and I've all those products in my table ❤️

All you said is true, I came from a lower class family, my siblings barely went to secondary school but I've always known since I was very small that I'd go to college. I managed to get a scholarship and graduated with honor and became a teacher. I strongly believe in the power of manifestation. There are so many good things that have happened in my life because of the law of attraction. I realized it as I try connecting the dots and everything aligned.

I’ve recently wanted to start a RUclips channel but I’ve felt so defeated after posting one and wanting to delete it because I think it’s cringy and my channel will go no where, I started to have negative thoughts about me not being good enough to have the life that I desire but you really just gave me a wake up call. Like you said we just need to have faith. Rome wasn’t built in one day bahaga how do we expect to put in a little amount of effort and get our hopes and desires from the tiny amount of effort. Especially after not believing in yourself like of course it won’t work. One little tip that might help you is recording videos without releasing them. Make a schedule and plan out what your channel will be about, start filming yourself no matter what and see where it takes you. I think it might be stressful to post a video without having other stuff locked and loaded, ready to go, so having the stuff pre-planned/recorder might ease your mind a little bit. Regardless, you should give it a go! You never know what that could lead to. Worst case scenario, it doesn't take off but you took a huge step and got out of your comfort zone to try something out. That's still a huge win!
I have had a similar relationship to making videos, and the thing that's really helped me is to think of it all as a practice in self-discipline, facing fears, growing as a communicator, etc. When I was too focused on external validation, I had a harder time making and posting videos. Now I do it as a challenge to myself and it feels rewarding every time I meet that challenge. :) My videos are still cringe to me and I am 30+ videos in! That's part of the journey.

It's always been my problem like people around me believe in my capabilities but I am the only person thinking that I don't deserve to have it. Thank you for your eternal wisdom. I've been struggling with depression for like 3 years minimum. A month ago I found a video in which she talked about changing yourself to like yourself. It kinda put me back in my mindset prior to depression. I'm not going to blatantly claim she cured my depression, but her 10 minute video made me evaluate what I can do to get better. I joined a gym and I wake up at 6 am every week day to go before work + school. I feel accomplished and, most importantly, I feel like I like myself again. I swear to god, some truth bombs are necessary sometimes.

All you said is true, I came from a lower class family, my siblings barely went to secondary school but I've always known since I was very small that I'd go to college. I managed to get a scholarship and graduated with honor and became a teacher. I strongly believe in the power of manifestation. There are so many good things that have happened in my life because of the law of attraction. I realized it as I try connecting the dots and everything aligned.
i was doing fine emotionally until towards the end of this video where one point was, "believe that you deserve it" ... and i just lost it. i started sobbing uncontrollably as if i had been holding it in. i have been through SO much and yet i still love those around me/myself as if i haven't been hurt before. liz, i have been watching your channel for about 2-3 days and i would just like to say THANK YOU. you have truly inspired and motivated me to elevate myself. everything you've said throughout your videos aren't new to me, but just hearing it coming from you makes me feel less alone. i made a gratitude list while watching this video, and i cant even say that im at my lowest point anymore. sure, im not satisfied with my current situation or surroundings, but i have the power to change all of that and you helped remind me.... so again, thank you so much. i am beyond grateful that ive found ur channel + so happy that others find your advice helpful as well!! we all got this.

I’ve recently wanted to start a RUclips channel but I’ve felt so defeated after posting one and wanting to delete it because I think it’s cringy and my channel will go no where, I started to have negative thoughts about me not being good enough to have the life that I desire but you really just gave me a wake up call. Like you said we just need to have faith. Rome wasn’t built in one day bahaga how do we expect to put in a little amount of effort and get our hopes and desires from the tiny amount of effort. Especially after not believing in yourself like of course it won’t work. One little tip that might help you is recording videos without releasing them. Make a schedule and plan out what your channel will be about, start filming yourself no matter what and see where it takes you. I think it might be stressful to post a video without having other stuff locked and loaded, ready to go, so having the stuff pre-planned/recorder might ease your mind a little bit.
Regardless, you should give it a go! You never know what that could lead to. Worst case scenario, it doesn't take off but you took a huge step and got out of your comfort zone to try something out. That's still a huge win!

I have had a similar relationship to making videos, and the thing that's really helped me is to think of it all as a practice in self-discipline, facing fears, growing as a communicator, etc. When I was too focused on external validation, I had a harder time making and posting videos. Now I do it as a challenge to myself and it feels rewarding every time I meet that challenge. :) My videos are still cringe to me and I am 30+ videos in! That's part of the journey.

Same. I am always an average grade student and was afraid to get high grades and to deal with the pressure. But I started setting small and baby-step goals for studying, now I'm not feeling like I'm working hard at all, but I'm getting good grades and the change was so gradual that it honestly feels like nothing changed.

When you said, "Those people with a huge advantage do not believe in themselves that's why they don't get successful." It's always been my problem like people around me believe in my capabilities but I am the only person thinking that I don't deserve to have it. Thank you for your eternal wisdom.
I will always keep this in my head and won't hesitate to watch it whenever I'm feeling low. I will always remember what you said, "Those people who believe that they can are the ones who get it. They do not look at their circumstances."
It's about time to drop those negative emotions and finally believe that I can. I am very prone to overthinking even though I have the necessary skills. I think in some way, I am dealing with imposter syndrome. I always think about some of my colleagues who do not even seem to be fitted for the position but they always get it.
I am not the jealous or insecure type but I think I always doubt like I'm so skeptical so I have to work on that and be brave that I am capable of whatever I set my mind into.

Your relationship with God is extremely beautiful. As a Muslim it inspired me to get closer to Allāh, I want to show my gratitude to Him too, but often I don't have the energy, I really don't know why but I know I need to stop, this gave me the push.
