    Hello, just hit this one again today and doing the chest workout tomorrow. Still surprised how the 5lb weights get so heavy with the static holds. Still a great workout. Thank you for this

    Did a Clang-N-Bang type workout that Kristi Eramo posted and it was gave me an intense pump!!
    It was 2 rounds of:
    60 - DB Bent over rows
    50 - DB Curls
    40 - DB seated Arnold pres
    30 - DB seated triceps extensions
    20 - DB laying on the bench lat pull over
    1:00 rest
    Solid pump

    I did this yesterday as an accessory piece after my metcon and WOW! What a SICK pump! Thanks for sharing! I love static hold training, so this was right up my alley!

    I did 16 rounds of TABATA. I did it with an empty oly bar. I'm not going to lie.... there were some tears 😭 at the end of that. As always brother, great workout. I'll tag you on instagram. God bless

    How do your shoulders cope with the side and front raises Dan? I find I get pain in those movements.

      Rotate the hands abit, warmup properlly, or do alot of stretching it can be that you are stiff and dont have alot of movment,,,, im not a doctor but i had that problem before and that helped me

    This guy is the opposite of me. I'm skinny, fast, flexible, and love body weight stuff. But I SUK at lifting, both normal and dynamic. I cant' clean or snatch worth beans. I can run like crazy, but I simply can't lift. Dan the Man here is all in on the muscles! His arms are like the size of my chest. He eats burritos bigger than me. Sigh...

      daniel mcnulty be surprised what you can do if you train for it. At one point I weighed 155 and could run a 29:16 8k.

      @@OriginalDanBailey Dude, that's funny. I'm 155, I run about that pace. Of course, I'm 53 and I can't bench more than 200, and my clean and jerk remains at 175. This time 3 years ago, I couldn't lift at all. I was totally new to the idea. I've come a long way for a pipsqueak. Love it...
