    This was an awesome one, by far one of my favorite clang n’ bang workouts you’ve done! I used 50lbs dumbbells for the chest press and did 8s instead of 6s for reps, but everything else stayed the same. Especially loved the variations of the plyo box for the curls. Thanks Dan!

    I've done something similar but start with a wide grip, then normal, and finally close doing 7 reps at each poistion. 3-5 sets of 21 reps bench

    Not sure if I want to do a set of 6-6-6 on any type of movement. Maybe have to go up to 7-7-7 and decrease the weight some haha

    Hey Dan,
    Do you have a pre-designed workout for a guy like me in my 60's ? Right now I'm doing 2 muscle groups per workout, 3 exercises each group. I do one group at a time, do all 3 exercises non stop 8-10 reps, then take 30 seconds between rounds. Then I do the second muscle group the same way. Then swim freestyle 30 minutes non stop. I don't 4-5 rounds.
    What would you add or take away?
