Did this drop set workout on Tuesday, brutal!
Did bent over rows 88lbs, 53lbs, 44lbs
Biceps curls 75lbs, 65lbs, 55lbs
Stiff leg deadlifts 205lbs, 185lbs, 165lbs
I have limited weights, I would’ve liked more variance in my drops, but this was brutal! Sets of 10 all the way across, 4 rounds of each! Thanks Dan, killer workout!
I wonder if you could post a video using a combo of assault bike, sandbag carry/cleans and some sort of oly lift, that’d be awesome!

Dan Bailey cool. I was just wondering if the muscle you developed was from CrossFit, or from previous experience in some other form of exercise.
I gained most of my muscle from CrossFit and training for the CrossFit Games. The high intensity is the key!
This guy is a goddamn tank. Add in lateral raises incline presses and some trap work and mr Olympia isnt out of the question for him plus steriods

Like more heavy resistant style than metcon style? I try to figure out how I can increase my muscle mass while still got some good metabolic conditioning in. 😉

Just a heavy dose of “replacement” therapy testosterone. Mix that with a good foundation of genetics/ training history / nutrition and here’s your package.
Based on his age, shoulder and trap size (higher concentration of androgen receptors exist in body) this body isn’t likely obtained without some enhancement.
Still impressive either way. Just don’t understand why all the guys live the lie. Just own it and will gain a ton of respect.
