btw, NEVER drink ice cold water while sick. It shocks your stomach you'll probably vomit. I learned the hard way, i went to starbucks while carsick and got a water bottle that just happened to be half frozen and... well i think you can imagine what happened after that.

#3 also works super well if u put a generous amount on the bottom of your feet and put socks on (trying not to get the stuff on ur socks) before going to sleep. it clears the nose and lasts longer then putting it on it chest. I got sick a crap ton as a kid and this 100% helped me with getting to sleep and opening the nasel passages cause I hate breathing through my mouth

The first ginger and lemon tea does not contain C- Vitamin because the heat "destroy" the C vitamin itself. Recommended put ascorbic acid on normal room temp. water because it does not affect the efficiency of the vitamin.
*When you have to breath through your mouth and it hurts your throat more but breathing through your nose make sit worse* 😨😫
